Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale v\u00edme, \u017ee u\u010ditel je v\u00a0roli u\u010ditele a student studenta a to s\u00a0sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e1 pr\u00e1va a ur\u010dit\u00e9 povinnosti.&#8220;<\/strong> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v rozhovoru Luk\u00e1\u0161 \u0160lehofer, kter\u00fd vyu\u010duje na Gymn\u00e1ziu na Zatlance a stoj\u00ed za unik\u00e1tn\u00edm programem ALT, kter\u00fd nab\u00edz\u00ed gymnazi\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011btem, kter\u00fdm v\u0161ak klasick\u00e1 cesta p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nevyhovuje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luk\u00e1\u0161i, stoj\u00edte od po\u010d\u00e1tku za programem ALT, co bylo va\u0161\u00ed motivac\u00ed pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cht\u011bli jsme nab\u00eddnout kvalitn\u00ed gymnazi\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed i d\u011btem, kter\u00fdm klasick\u00e1 cesta \u00fapln\u011b nevyhovuje. Nem\u00edn\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee program ALT m\u00e1 b\u00fdt m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd v\u00a0akademick\u00fdch discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch, sp\u00ed\u0161 m\u00e1 doj\u00edt k\u00a0znalostem i dovednostem jinou cestou. D\u016fle\u017eitou roli hr\u00e1lo na za\u010d\u00e1tku na\u0161eho p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed to, \u017ee se v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole vytvo\u0159il t\u00fdm motivovan\u00fdch a p\u0159itom velmi erudovan\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli chu\u0165 zkusit hledat nov\u00e9 cesty a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i s\u00edlu se v\u00fdvoji programu v\u011bnovat.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prvn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu jste otev\u0159eli 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2017. M\u00e1te tedy dva dokon\u010den\u00e9 \u010dty\u0159let\u00e9 cykly, jak byste je hodnotil? A ud\u011blal byste s\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edmi zku\u0161enostmi n\u011bco jinak?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodnot\u00edm jej jako \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci programu odmaturovaly ji\u017e dva ro\u010dn\u00edky. Studenti zp\u011btn\u011b hodnot\u00ed studium velmi pozitivn\u011b. \u0158ada z\u00a0nich oce\u0148uje p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 a respektuj\u00edc\u00ed klima, mo\u017enost osobn\u00edho rozvoje i pobyty mimo \u0161kolu ve form\u011b expedic.\u00a0Dnes bychom n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bci ur\u010dit\u011b d\u011blali jinak, ale dnes u\u017e m\u00e1me zku\u0161enosti. P\u0159ed sedmi lety jsme je nem\u011bli a tak je asi p\u0159irozen\u00e9, \u017ee jsme se ob\u010das vydali do slep\u00e9 ulice. Za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pova\u017euji, \u017ee t\u00fdm u\u010ditel\u016f byl otev\u0159en\u00fd zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazb\u011b od student\u016f, rodi\u010d\u016f i odborn\u00edk\u016f. Podle m\u011b to je znamen\u00ed, \u017ee jsme p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch cest neuhnuli od p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00a0ALTu jsou u\u010ditel\u00e9 partnery, kte\u0159\u00ed prov\u00e1z\u00ed procesem pozn\u00e1n\u00ed. Nechce se tak po nich, aby byli hlavn\u00edmi nositeli informac\u00ed, ani nelp\u00edte na hierarchii vztahu u\u010ditel \u2013 \u017e\u00e1k. Jak se takov\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 hledaj\u00ed? A jak se jim v\u00a0t\u00e9to roli da\u0159\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00a0ot\u00e1zky to pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee vypadat, \u017ee jsme \u0161kolou, kter\u00e1 zbourala ve\u0161ker\u00e1 pravidla. Tak to ale nen\u00ed. Pracujeme s\u00a0ideou, kter\u00e1 mo\u017en\u00e1 zn\u00ed trochu nadnesen\u011b, \u017ee jako dva lid\u00e9 jsou si u\u010ditel a student rovni. Jejich vztah by tedy nem\u011bl b\u00fdt postaven prim\u00e1rn\u011b na moci, ale na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m respektu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale v\u00edme, \u017ee u\u010ditel je v\u00a0roli u\u010ditele a student studenta a to s\u00a0sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e1 pr\u00e1va a ur\u010dit\u00e9 povinnosti. K\u00a0roli u\u010ditele tak pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad ur\u010dit\u00e9 vymezov\u00e1n\u00ed mantinel\u016f v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je asi i \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco u\u010d\u00edme, od sebe navz\u00e1jem, od student\u016f, z\u00a0knih a semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Sna\u017e\u00edme se poctiv\u011b o reflexi a sebereflexi na\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. To n\u00e1s posouv\u00e1 dop\u0159edu. V\u00a0ALTu m\u016f\u017ee tedy u\u010dit u\u010ditel, kter\u00e9mu je bl\u00edzk\u00e1 jeho idea a je ochoten na sob\u011b pracovat.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e1\u0161 program je zalo\u017een na t\u0159ech z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pil\u00ed\u0159\u00edch \u2013 rozvoji osobnosti studenta, hled\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoji siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek student\u016f a kvalitn\u00edm v\u0161eobecn\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. Jak se v\u00e1m da\u0159ilo jej napl\u0148ovat b\u011bhem pandemie, kdy byly \u0161koly uzav\u0159en\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bylo to nesm\u00edrn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to kolegy a kolegyn\u011b, kte\u0159\u00ed se o to poctiv\u011b sna\u017eili, nesm\u00edrn\u011b vy\u010derpalo. Nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edme ale na to, \u017ee studenti sami k\u00a0sob\u011b jsou \u010dasto velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsn\u00ed. Tak\u017ee to jde n\u011bkdy hodn\u011b ztuha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem hodnot\u00edte \u017e\u00e1ky? A jsou vedeni k\u00a0sebehodnocen\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodnocen\u00ed je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. Je stra\u0161n\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vybalancovat n\u00e1roky st\u00e1tu, kter\u00fd chce, aby hodnocen\u00ed bylo p\u0159evoditeln\u00e9 na zn\u00e1mky, vol\u00e1n\u00ed student\u016f po zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazb\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 to, co jsme my sami jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 schopni zvl\u00e1dnout. Jist\u011b by bylo skv\u011bl\u00e9 slovn\u00ed formativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed, ale my ho v\u00a0na\u0161em po\u010dtu student\u016f prost\u011b nejsme schopni zvl\u00e1dnout. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me tedy hodnocen\u00ed pomoc\u00ed dvou \u0161k\u00e1l dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o formativn\u00ed prvky. Se sebehodnocen\u00edm pracujeme \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0oblasti osobnostn\u00edho rozvoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pracujete c\u00edlen\u011b s\u00a0rozvojem studijn\u00ed autonomie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano, velmi se o to sna\u017e\u00edme. Studenti jsou vedeni k\u00a0tomu, aby se u\u010dili organizovat si vlastn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci i \u010das. Podporujeme je v\u00a0tomto nelehk\u00e9m \u00fasil\u00ed. Z\u00a0evaluace vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee se n\u00e1m to celkem da\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m \u0161koln\u00edm roce otev\u00edr\u00e1te jednu t\u0159\u00eddu, jak\u00fd je o ni z\u00e1jem?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1jem je velik\u00fd, ale p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ku nakonec pod\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd rok jen mezi devades\u00e1ti a\u017e sto uchaze\u010di. Hodn\u011b z\u00e1jemc\u016f asi odrad\u00ed nutnost p\u0159ipravit k\u00a0p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edmu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed portfolio. Ve v\u00fdsledku se tak do ALTu hl\u00e1s\u00ed v pom\u011bru stejn\u011b student\u016f jako do na\u0161eho druh\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu Objevovat a rozv\u00edjet. Na jedno voln\u00e9 m\u00edsto m\u00e1me t\u0159i, a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i uchaze\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee model vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu ALT by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e9st i na dal\u0161\u00ed gymn\u00e1zia?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je slo\u017eit\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. Principi\u00e1ln\u011b asi ano, pokud budou m\u00edt podporu z\u0159izovatele, nad\u0161en\u00e9 a podporuj\u00edc\u00ed veden\u00ed, motivovan\u00e9 a erudovan\u00e9 u\u010ditele a najdou n\u011bkoho, kdo to cel\u00e9 bude schopen zorganizovat. Pokud ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed tak, zda je mo\u017en\u00e9 vz\u00edt program jako celek a p\u0159en\u00e9st ho bez dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce n\u011bkam jinam &#8211; naroubovat ho na jakoukoliv \u0161kolu, tak to podle m\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 nen\u00ed.\u00a0Co ale lze, je vz\u00edt z\u00a0programu n\u011bkter\u00e9 vyzkou\u0161en\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed prvky &#8211; t\u0159eba form\u00e1t expedic, osobnostn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchovu nebo pr\u00e1ci v\u00a0integrovan\u00fdch tematick\u00fdch bloc\u00edch a za\u010d\u00edt m\u011bnit \u0161kolu t\u00edm, \u017ee zkus\u00edme jen n\u011bco z toho.
