Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem si dok\u00e1zala &#8222;vybojovat&#8220; repspekt \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ve stejn\u00e9m v\u011bku jako ona? Co j\u00ed na pr\u00e1ci u\u010ditele tolik bav\u00ed? A jak\u00fd m\u00e1 pohled na inovace ve v\u00fduce?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d jste se rozhodla studovat zrovna matematiku?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e od mala m\u011b bavily r\u016fzn\u00e9 logick\u00e9 h\u00e1danky a r\u00e9busy a celkov\u011b jsem v\u017edycky m\u011bla sklon hodn\u011b analyzovat v\u011bci a nad v\u0161\u00edm p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. T\u00edm p\u00e1dem pro m\u011b matematika byla takov\u00fdm sv\u011btem, kter\u00fd mi d\u00e1val smysl. Tak\u00e9 se mi l\u00edbilo, \u017ee to byl jeden z&nbsp;m\u00e1la p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, kde se \u010dlov\u011bk nemusel u\u010dit informace nazpam\u011b\u0165. Pokud dan\u00e9 problematice rozum\u011bl, mohl \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed s\u00e1m vymyslet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je Matfyz tak t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 \u0161kola, jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To nem\u016f\u017eu \u00fapln\u011b dob\u0159e zhodnotit, proto\u017ee jin\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly jsem neza\u017eila na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei. Ale v&nbsp;porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;m\u00fdmi kamar\u00e1dy m\u00e1m ur\u010dit\u011b jeden z&nbsp;nejzapln\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rozvrh\u016f. Co se t\u00fd\u010de n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti l\u00e1tky, asi bych to popsala tak, \u017ee v&nbsp;prvn\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku to byl dost velk\u00fd \u0161ok. \u010clov\u011bk mus\u00ed m\u00edt matematiku opravdu r\u00e1d, aby m\u011bl motivaci prokousat se mno\u017estv\u00edm form\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1pis\u016f, d\u016fkaz\u016f a podobn\u011b. Na na\u0161em oboru je matematika i fyzika o n\u011bco jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e pokud jde \u010dlov\u011bk studovat p\u0159\u00edmo obecnou matematiku nebo obecnou fyziku. Celkov\u011b m\u00e1 ale matematika na MFF UK hodn\u011b vysokou \u00farove\u0148 \u2013 ve sv\u011btov\u00e9m \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku \u00farovn\u011b vyu\u010dovan\u00e9 matematiky v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci v\u0161ech sv\u011btov\u00fdch univerzit jsme se um\u00edstili n\u011bkde kolem 100. m\u00edsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Od kolika let u\u010d\u00edte na \u0161kole?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e mi bylo \u010derstv\u011b 20, za\u010dala jsem u\u010dit matematiku a fyziku na st\u0159edn\u00ed odborn\u00e9 \u0161kole. Tento rok jsem nastoupila na gymn\u00e1zium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bav\u00ed v\u00e1s to?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b ano a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b dlouho bude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 skloubit \u0161kolu s prac\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pom\u011brn\u011b ano, proto\u017ee, jak u\u017e jsem \u0159\u00edkala, n\u00e1\u0161 rozvrh na vysok\u00e9 je dost nabu\u0161en\u00fd u\u017e s\u00e1m o sob\u011b, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e k&nbsp;tomu \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159id\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b 10 vyu\u010dovac\u00edch hodin na gymn\u00e1ziu, je toho pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b. Tak\u00e9 jsem musela ob\u011btovat kv\u016fli u\u010den\u00ed na gymn\u00e1ziu n\u011bkter\u00e9 sv\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky na vysok\u00e9, tak\u017ee o to v\u00edc pr\u00e1ce m\u011b pak \u010dek\u00e1 ve zkou\u0161kov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed (ale to je zat\u00edm na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed probl\u00e9m m\u00e9ho budouc\u00edho j\u00e1\u2026). Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b chci sv\u016fj \u010das v\u011bnovat i lidem, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1m r\u00e1da, a m\u00fdm kon\u00ed\u010dk\u016fm. Abych to v\u0161e b\u011bhem dne zvl\u00e1dla, musela jsem se nau\u010dit opravdu efektivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat \u010das, tak\u017ee u\u017e se mi opravdu dlouho nestalo, \u017ee bych se nudila nebo prokrastinovala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te mezi studenty respekt? Jsou jen o n\u011bco mlad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na minul\u00e9 \u0161kole byli n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed m\u00ed studenti dokonce star\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e j\u00e1\u2026 Na odborn\u00e9 \u0161kole jsem m\u011bla s&nbsp;respektem a celkov\u011b udr\u017een\u00edm k\u00e1zn\u011b ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b pom\u011brn\u011b probl\u00e9my, proto\u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u0159\u00eddy tam nem\u011bla tolik vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivace k&nbsp;u\u010den\u00ed. Zab\u00edralo na n\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e veden\u00ed pevnou rukou. Nyn\u00ed na gymn\u00e1ziu je to o mnoho lep\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee se studenty se d\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou bez probl\u00e9m\u016f domluvit a nen\u00ed t\u0159eba vylo\u017een\u011b autoritativn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;m\u00fdm charakterem. M\u00edt ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b dob\u0159e nastaven\u00e1 pravidla a respekt je v\u011bc, na kter\u00e9 st\u00e1le pracuji a sna\u017e\u00edm se v&nbsp;n\u00ed zlep\u0161it.<br>Nejsem \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd by byl p\u0159irozen\u011b v\u016fdcem skupiny nebo by pro n\u011bj bylo jednoduch\u00e9 n\u011bkomu p\u0159id\u011blovat \u00fakoly a b\u00fdt d\u016fsledn\u00fd. Bylo v\u00edce takov\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsem v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci m\u00e9 \u201eu\u010ditelsk\u00e9 role\u201c musela p\u0159ijmout za sv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chcete se \u017eivit jako u\u010ditelka?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00edb\u00ed se mi, \u017ee v&nbsp;t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ci m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk velk\u00fd prostor pro vlastn\u00ed kreativitu. Sice jsou p\u0159edeps\u00e1ny dovednosti a znalosti, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te \u017e\u00e1ka nau\u010dit, ale o pr\u016fb\u011bhu hodin a stylu v\u00fduky si rozhodujete sami. Dal\u0161\u00ed pozitivum pro mne je, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o pr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;lidmi \u2013 t\u00edm p\u00e1dem je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, aby se pr\u00e1ce stala stereotypn\u00ed, proto\u017ee i p\u0159i vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9 sam\u00e9 l\u00e1tky budou r\u016fzn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci reagovat r\u016fzn\u011b. Nav\u00edc m\u00e1te mo\u017enost b\u00fdt v&nbsp;kontaktu s&nbsp;mlad\u0161\u00ed generac\u00ed a sly\u0161et jejich n\u00e1zory, diskutovat s&nbsp;nimi a t\u0159eba je n\u011bjak pozitivn\u011b do \u017eivota ovlivnit. Asi ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk r\u00e1d vypr\u00e1v\u00ed ostatn\u00edm o v\u011bcech, kter\u00e9 ho bav\u00ed nebo mu p\u0159ijdou zaj\u00edmav\u00e9. Jako u\u010ditel m\u00e1te pro sv\u00e9 pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 publikum a je skv\u011bl\u00e9 vid\u011bt, kdy\u017e to, co bav\u00ed v\u00e1s, zaujme i n\u011bkoho dal\u0161\u00edho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co si celkov\u011b mysl\u00edte o \u010desk\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed? Pot\u0159ebovalo by podle v\u00e1s n\u011bjak\u00e9 inovace?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ijde mi, \u017ee se \u010dasto myln\u011b pojem modern\u00ed a inovativn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ztoto\u017e\u0148uje s&nbsp;t\u00edm, zda jsou ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch interaktivn\u00ed tabule, tablety nebo notebooky. M\u00edsto toho, aby si studenti p\u0159i v\u00fduce ciz\u00edho jazyka v&nbsp;rozhovoru sedli k&nbsp;sob\u011b, pov\u00eddaj\u00ed si p\u0159es mikrofon a sluch\u00e1tka a najednou tomu m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edkat modern\u00ed v\u00fduka. Technologie ve \u0161kole maj\u00ed dle m\u00e9ho smysl jen tehdy, pokud u\u010diteli nebo \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm usnad\u0148uj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci \u010di umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed d\u011blat n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e srovn\u00e1m styl \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol nap\u0159\u00edklad se z\u00e1padn\u00edmi st\u00e1ty, v&nbsp;\u010cesku st\u00e1le klademe v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz na to, aby se \u017e\u00e1k nau\u010dil n\u011bjakou l\u00e1tku. Na z\u00e1pad\u011b je kladen d\u016fraz sp\u00ed\u0161 na diskuzi, pr\u00e1ci ve skupin\u00e1ch, prezentov\u00e1n\u00ed a zp\u011btnou vazbu. Co je lep\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fprava pro \u017eivot se t\u011b\u017eko posuzuje. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee \u010desk\u00fd syst\u00e9m p\u0159ipravuje sp\u00ed\u0161e lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed budou m\u00edt znalosti a dovednosti v&nbsp;oboru a budou kvalitn\u00edmi zam\u011bstnanci. Z\u00e1padn\u00ed syst\u00e9m vychov\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e<br>zakladatele startup\u016f a firem, kte\u0159\u00ed sice nebudou takov\u00fdmi odborn\u00edky, ale d\u00edky schopnosti dob\u0159e komunikovat, motivovat a v\u00e9st si se\u017eenou kvalitn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee v&nbsp;na\u0161em vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm syst\u00e9mu nejsou t\u0159eba z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bny shora, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e to, aby jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 pracovali lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou do sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce nad\u0161en\u00ed a cht\u011bj\u00ed se st\u00e1le zlep\u0161ovat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohu\u017eel v&nbsp;\u010cR st\u00e1le nen\u00ed u\u010ditel moc vn\u00edm\u00e1n jako presti\u017en\u00ed povol\u00e1n\u00ed. Je to asi hlavn\u011b kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee spousta lid\u00ed jde na pedagogickou V\u0160 proto, \u017ee je jednoduch\u00e9 se tam dostat. Ne tedy prim\u00e1rn\u011b proto, \u017ee by cht\u011bli u\u010dit. Pohled spole\u010dnosti se jen tak zm\u011bnit ned\u00e1, ale ur\u010dit\u011b by pomohlo nap\u0159\u00edklad zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f, kter\u00e9 by do&nbsp;tohoto oboru p\u0159it\u00e1hlo v\u00edce lid\u00ed.
