Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace, Americk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pro v\u00fdzkum rakoviny a Americk\u00e9ho institutu pro v\u00fdzkum rakoviny je zpracovan\u00e9 a ultrazpracovan\u00e9 maso, jako je \u0161unka, slanina, sal\u00e1m, hotdogy, su\u0161en\u00e9 hov\u011bz\u00ed maso a hov\u011bz\u00ed konzervy, dlouhodob\u011b spojov\u00e1no s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva u mu\u017e\u016f i \u017een.
