Najednou u\u017e to nejsou za\u0161krt\u00e1vac\u00ed testy ze st\u0159edn\u00ed, ale velk\u00e9 \u00fastn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky, kreditov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a pocit, \u017ee jde \u00fapln\u011b o v\u0161echno. Zkou\u0161kov\u00e9 se ale d\u00e1 zvl\u00e1dnout tak, aby z n\u011bj nebyl stra\u0161\u00e1k na n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, a to i kdy\u017e jde o \u00fapln\u011b prvn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed s vysoko\u0161kolskou realitou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePrvn\u00ed zkou\u0161kov\u00e9 jsem \u00fapln\u011b podcenil,\u201c\u00a0p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1 Tom\u00e1\u0161 z druh\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edku na V\u0160E v Praze.\u00a0\u201eCel\u00fd semestr jsem m\u011bl pocit, \u017ee je \u010dasu dost a v prosinci zjistil, \u017ee m\u00e1m \u010dty\u0159i velk\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky b\u011bhem dvou t\u00fddn\u016f.\u201c\u00a0Spousta prv\u00e1k\u016f m\u00e1 do V\u00e1noc pocit, \u017ee se vlastn\u011b nic z\u00e1sadn\u00edho ned\u011bje, a pak je z ni\u010deho nic zasype lavina term\u00edn\u016f, okruh\u016f a skript.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tu chv\u00edli u\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk rychle pochop\u00ed, \u017ee u\u010dit se pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b z hodiny na hodinu b\u011bhem semestru nen\u00ed pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 fr\u00e1ze, ale docela praktick\u00e1 pojistka proti panice na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli. N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed po p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce v tramvaji jen p\u0159ejet o\u010dima pozn\u00e1mky, podtrhnout si d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pojmy nebo si s n\u011bk\u00fdm l\u00e1tku kr\u00e1tce vysv\u011btlit. V hlav\u011b pak nez\u016fstane \u00fapln\u011b pr\u00e1zdno a p\u0159ed zkou\u0161kou se nebuduje znalost od nuly, ale jen se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 mozaika z toho, co u\u017e tam d\u00e1vno je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>U\u010den\u00ed pot\u0159ebuje rytmus i pauzy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mozek zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed v bloc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed st\u0159\u00eddat z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a odpo\u010dinek. N\u011bkdo si nastav\u00ed krat\u0161\u00ed dvacetiminutov\u00e9 bloky, jin\u00fd zase po hodin\u00e1ch, ale z\u00e1klad je podobn\u00fd. U\u010den\u00ed m\u00e1 m\u00edt za\u010d\u00e1tek, jasn\u00fd c\u00edl a konec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eStudenti maj\u00ed \u010dasto pocit, \u017ee kdy\u017e si daj\u00ed pauzu, zahazuj\u00ed \u010das. Jen\u017ee bez regenerace hlavy se informace neukl\u00e1daj\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se dok\u00e1\u017eou na hodinu odpojit, j\u00edt na proch\u00e1zku nebo si zacvi\u010dit, vracej\u00ed se k l\u00e1tce s \u00fapln\u011b jinou energi\u00ed.\u201c\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e1 pedago\u017eka Jana, kter\u00e1 u\u010d\u00ed u\u017e p\u0159es dvacet let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u0161ak i oby\u010dejn\u00e1 rutina. Vst\u00e1t ka\u017ed\u00fd den zhruba ve stejnou dobu, nasn\u00eddat se, nachystat si m\u00edsto na u\u010den\u00ed a zkusit omezit ru\u0161iv\u00e9 v\u011bci, jako jsou notifikace na mobilu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tlak z rodiny zvl\u00e1dnete po sv\u00e9m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u prvn\u00edho zkou\u0161kov\u00e9ho je siln\u011b c\u00edtit i pohled rodiny. Rodi\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed sami na vysok\u00e9 nestudovali, si \u010dasto neum\u00ed p\u0159edstavit, jak syst\u00e9m funguje. Nech\u00e1pou, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky se opakuj\u00ed, \u017ee je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed je napoprv\u00e9 nezvl\u00e1dnout a \u017ee harmonogram semestru znamen\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd rytmus ne\u017e st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fd rozvrh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e student rodi\u010d\u016fm vysv\u011btl\u00ed, kolik m\u00e1 pokus\u016f, jak vypad\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka a co se stane, kdy\u017e to nevyjde, \u010dasto se nap\u011bt\u00ed uvoln\u00ed. Pom\u016f\u017ee i domluva nap\u0159\u00edklad na tom, \u017ee se rodina nebude pt\u00e1t ka\u017ed\u00fd den na v\u00fdsledky, ale jen ob\u010das.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Kamar\u00e1di a studijn\u00ed skupiny pom\u00e1haj\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkou\u0161kov\u00e9 nem\u00e1 b\u00fdt s\u00f3lov\u00fd z\u00e1vod. V\u011bt\u0161ina student\u016f zjist\u00ed, \u017ee je mnohem snaz\u0161\u00ed prokousat se n\u00e1ro\u010dnou l\u00e1tkou ve dvou nebo ve t\u0159ech. Studijn\u00ed skupiny maj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 podoby. N\u011bkdo si spole\u010dn\u011b d\u011bl\u00ed okruhy a pak si je vysv\u011btluj\u00ed. Jin\u00ed se sch\u00e1z\u00ed v knihovn\u011b, kde se ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9, ale maj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee jsou v tom spole\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e n\u00e1s v\u00a0prv\u00e1ku \u010dekala velk\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka z\u00a0matematiky, pronajali jsme si v\u00a0N\u00e1rodn\u00ed technick\u00e9 knihovn\u011b (NTK) m\u00edstnost s\u00a0tabul\u00ed, a spole\u010dn\u011b celou sb\u00edrku p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f propo\u010d\u00edtali,\u201c\u00a0p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1 Honza, student t\u0159et\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku na Fakult\u011b dopravn\u00ed \u010cVUT. V\u00fdhodou skupiny je i psychick\u00e1 opora. Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk zjist\u00ed, \u017ee z n\u011b\u010deho m\u00e1 strach cel\u00fd ro\u010dn\u00edk, jeho vlastn\u00ed obavy nejsou tak ochromuj\u00edc\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Zkou\u0161ka nen\u00ed konec sv\u011bta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den zkou\u0161ky m\u00e1 s\u00e1m o sob\u011b zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru. M\u00edch\u00e1 se nervozita, \u00fanava a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159ipravit se nejen v\u011bdomostn\u011b, ale i prakticky. V\u011bd\u011bt, kde je u\u010debna, kdy p\u0159esn\u011b zkou\u0161ka za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 a jak\u00fd je form\u00e1t. Vst\u00e1t o n\u011bco d\u0159\u00edv, nasn\u00eddat se, vz\u00edt si vodu a pozn\u00e1mky na posledn\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 zopakov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eStudenti n\u011bkdy p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed ke zkou\u0161ce u\u017e pora\u017een\u00ed,\u201c\u00a0v\u0161\u00edm\u00e1 si pedago\u017eka Jana.\u00a0\u201e\u0158eknou, \u017ee toho nestihli tolik, kolik cht\u011bli, a u\u017e v p\u0159eds\u00e1l\u00ed se vid\u00ed na druh\u00e9m term\u00ednu. P\u0159itom by \u010dasto ud\u011blali mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed dojem, kdyby se soust\u0159edili na to, co opravdu um\u00ed.\u201c\u00a0Ne\u00fasp\u011bch u zkou\u0161ky sice zabol\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed to kone\u010dn\u00e1. Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly s\u00a0v\u00edce pokusy po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed. Zkou\u0161ka se d\u00e1 zopakovat, l\u00e1tka se d\u00e1 doladit a styl u\u010den\u00ed se d\u00e1 zm\u011bnit.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdo projde hned napoprv\u00e9 hladce, jin\u00fd zakopne a vstane.
