V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konference po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e1 Ministerstvem \u0161kolstv\u00ed nab\u00eddla p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost zastavit se, pod\u00edvat se zp\u011bt a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si up\u0159esnit, kam se m\u00e1 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech ub\u00edrat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/msmt.gov.cz\/uploads\/Brozura_S2030_online_CZ.pdf\">Strategie vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiky \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky do roku 2030+<\/a>&nbsp;vznikla jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed dokument, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 vn\u00e9st do \u010desk\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed. Vl\u00e1da ji schv\u00e1lila v roce 2020 a stanovila dva kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 c\u00edle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Posunout v\u00fduku od pouh\u00e9ho p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010diva k rozvoji kompetenc\u00ed, je\u017e \u017e\u00e1ci vyu\u017eij\u00ed v ob\u010dansk\u00e9m, pracovn\u00edm i osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zajistit rovn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke kvalitn\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro v\u0161echny, bez ohledu na m\u00edsto, odkud poch\u00e1zej\u00ed, a na jejich rodinn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>K dosa\u017een\u00ed t\u011bchto c\u00edl\u016f vede podle dokumentu n\u011bkolik hlavn\u00edch cest. Jde o modernizaci obsahu a zp\u016fsobu v\u00fduky, o podporu u\u010ditel\u016f a veden\u00ed \u0161kol, o posilov\u00e1n\u00ed odborn\u00fdch kapacit i spolupr\u00e1ce a tak\u00e9 o stabiln\u00ed podporu, kterou \u0161koly pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, aby mohly zm\u011bny skute\u010dn\u011b zav\u00e1d\u011bt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Spole\u010dn\u00e1 debata uk\u00e1zala cestu d\u00e1l<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konference se uskute\u010dnila 24. listopadu v Praze a zah\u00e1jila ji vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed strategi\u00ed M\u0160MT Ludmila T\u0159e\u0161t\u00edkov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 celou akci tak\u00e9 moderovala. \u201eLetos se nach\u00e1z\u00edme v polovin\u011b realiza\u010dn\u00edho obdob\u00ed Strategie, jde tedy o v\u00fdznamn\u00fd rok, kter\u00fd vy\u017eaduje reflexi,\u201c<strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>uvedla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DRcjv_Ol4g5\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; Mluvilo se o v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch okam\u017eic\u00edch, ale i o tom, v \u010dem zm\u011bny nenabraly o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odpoledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pat\u0159ila p\u0159\u00edklad\u016fm dobr\u00e9 praxe. U\u010ditel\u00e9 i z\u00e1stupci \u0161kol z r\u016fzn\u00fdch kraj\u016f uk\u00e1zali, jak se modern\u00ed v\u00fduka m\u016f\u017ee projevovat v ka\u017edodenn\u00ed realit\u011b. Velk\u00fd prostor dostala tak\u00e9 diskuse o tom, co \u0161koly opravdu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed a s jak\u00fdmi p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekami se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od za\u010d\u00e1tku realizace Strategie se poda\u0159ilo nastartovat n\u011bkolik konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch krok\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o nov\u00fd program kvalifika\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u0159editele \u0161kol, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 pos\u00edlit jejich pedagogick\u00e9 i organiza\u010dn\u00ed veden\u00ed. Za\u010daly tak\u00e9 pilotn\u00ed projekty zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na rozvoj veden\u00ed \u0161kol a na r\u016fzn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby pr\u00e1ce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto anal\u00fdzy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee \u0159ada opat\u0159en\u00ed postupuje pomaleji, ne\u017e se pl\u00e1novalo.
