Projekt CryoAlgae in Space bude sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 mise na Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanici, kterou podporuje Evropsk\u00e1 kosmick\u00e1 agentura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z ledu a\u017e na ob\u011b\u017enou dr\u00e1hu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158asy, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zkoumaj\u00ed, poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z extr\u00e9mn\u00edch oblast\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad z Antarktidy nebo vysokohorsk\u00fdch lokalit. Mus\u00ed tam zvl\u00e1dat chlad, tmu i nedostatek \u017eivin. Monoraphidium, jedna z mnoha druh\u016f \u0159as<strong>,<\/strong> byla vyta\u017eena ze zamrzl\u00e9ho jezera Nad\u011bje u \u010cesk\u00e9 antarktick\u00e9 stanice Johanna Gregora Mendela. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tento druh se stal hlavn\u00edm kandid\u00e1tem pro prvn\u00ed pokus na ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze. C\u00edlem experimentu je zjistit, zda \u0159asy p\u0159e\u017eij\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd pobyt v mikrogravitaci a zda nebo jak se zm\u011bn\u00ed jejich schopnost fotosynt\u00e9zy a tvorby kysl\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d zrovna \u0159asy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158asy jsou mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b odoln\u00e9 organismy. Rostou rychle, produkuj\u00ed kysl\u00edk a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat minimum zdroj\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto se o nich uva\u017euje jako o sou\u010d\u00e1sti takzvan\u00fdch bioregenerativn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f \u017eivotn\u00ed podpory, tedy uzav\u0159en\u00fdch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 by mohly zaji\u0161\u0165ovat kysl\u00edk, potravu i recyklaci vody b\u011bhem dlouh\u00fdch vesm\u00edrn\u00fdch mis\u00ed. <strong>\u201e\u0158asy jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed model pro studium \u017eivota v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Um\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt tam, kde by jin\u00e9 organismy nep\u0159e\u017eily ani p\u00e1r hodin,\u201c <\/strong>uvedla doc. Linda Nedbalov\u00e1 z P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakulty Univerzity Karlovy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cesk\u00e1 stopa ve vesm\u00edru<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na projektu spolupracuj\u00ed i v\u011bdci z Centra BIOCEV a specialist\u00e9 z technologick\u00fdch firem. Na palub\u011b ISS, mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanice, budou vzorky um\u00edst\u011bny v automatick\u00e9m inkub\u00e1toru ET Cube v modulu Columbus, kde budou \u0159asy vystaveny podm\u00ednk\u00e1m mikrogravitace i prom\u011bnliv\u00e9mu osv\u011btlen\u00ed. Po n\u00e1vratu na Zemi je \u010dek\u00e1 detailn\u00ed anal\u00fdza v laborato\u0159\u00edch BIOCEV. Experiment navazuje na dlouhou tradici \u010desk\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu ve vesm\u00edru, kter\u00e1 sah\u00e1 a\u017e k dob\u011b kosmonauta Vladim\u00edra Remka, jen\u017e se tak\u00e9 pod\u00edlel na biologick\u00fdch pokusech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu mohou m\u00edt p\u0159esah i mimo kosmonautiku.
