Jejich presti\u017e ale kles\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\u010cesk\u00e1 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce (\u010c\u0160I) p\u0159edstavila v\u00fdsledky nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edho mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed TALIS 2024, kter\u00e9 mapuje pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, postoje a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f a \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol ve v\u00edce ne\u017e \u0161edes\u00e1ti zem\u00edch sv\u011bta. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika se do \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed zapojuje od roku 2013 a leto\u0161n\u00ed data poskytuj\u00ed podrobn\u00fd obraz o situaci v \u010desk\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed cenn\u00e9 poznatky pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z v\u00fdsledk\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee spokojenost s pracovn\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami v \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch neust\u00e1le roste. Celkem 84 procent u\u010ditel\u016f vyjad\u0159uje obecnou spokojenost se svou prac\u00ed, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdznamn\u00fd posun oproti minul\u00fdm let\u016fm. Rovn\u011b\u017e vzrostla spokojenost s finan\u010dn\u00edm ohodnocen\u00edm pedagoga, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 47 procent u\u010ditel\u016f dnes hodnot\u00ed sv\u00e9 platy kladn\u011b, zat\u00edmco v roce 2018 byl tento pod\u00edl v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, pouh\u00fdch 28 procent. Nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d profes\u00ed v\u0161ak p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9m n\u00edzk\u00e9ho spole\u010densk\u00e9ho ocen\u011bn\u00ed, proto\u017ee pouze 22 procent u\u010ditel\u016f c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee je jejich pr\u00e1ce dostate\u010dn\u011b v\u00e1\u017eena spole\u010dnost\u00ed. Politick\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed pak vyjad\u0159uje pouze 15 procent pedagog\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klesaj\u00edc\u00ed atraktivita profese <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdrazn\u00fdm negativn\u00edm sign\u00e1lem je klesaj\u00edc\u00ed atraktivita u\u010ditelsk\u00e9ho povol\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na mezi mladou generac\u00ed. Pouze 46 procent za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee zvolili tuto profesi jako svou prvn\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00ed volbu. Mlad\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 \u010del\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e stresu a mnohem \u010dast\u011bji \u0159e\u0161\u00ed k\u00e1ze\u0148sk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch. Naproti tomu zku\u0161en\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 poukazuj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na rostouc\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kter\u00e1 jim komplikuje pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky a pohlcuje \u010das v\u011bnovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 v\u00fduce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b \u010de\u0161t\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed k evropsk\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dce v oblasti vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed a digit\u00e1ln\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f. Zhruba 54 procent u\u010ditel\u016f absolvovalo \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch procesech. Tento pod\u00edl v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uje evropsk\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br, kter\u00fd \u010din\u00ed okolo 30 procent. U\u010ditel\u00e9 oce\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy t\u011bchto n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro modernizaci v\u00fduky, z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak varuj\u00ed p\u0159ed riziky, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed by mohli vyd\u00e1vat v\u00fdsledky generovan\u00e9 AI za sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministr \u0161kolstv\u00ed Mikul\u00e1\u0161 Bek \/STAN\/ b\u011bhem slavnostn\u00edho p\u0159edstaven\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f zd\u016fraznil v\u00fdznam digit\u00e1ln\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed a etick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu k technologi\u00edm ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed. Uvedl, \u017ee podpora u\u010ditel\u016f v t\u00e9to oblasti je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro to, aby \u010cesk\u00e1 republika udr\u017eela sv\u00e9 postaven\u00ed mezi evropsk\u00fdmi l\u00eddry a aby v\u00fduka odpov\u00eddala po\u017eadavk\u016fm 21. stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed inspektor Tom\u00e1\u0161 Zatloukal poznamenal, \u017ee i p\u0159es vysokou motivaci u\u010ditel\u016f a jejich technologickou p\u0159ipravenost je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161it n\u00edzkou spole\u010denskou presti\u017e profese a podporovat kari\u00e9rn\u00ed rozvoj za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch pedagog\u016f. Zd\u016fraznil pot\u0159ebu jasn\u00e9 kari\u00e9rn\u00ed cesty a c\u00edlen\u00e9 podpory formou mentoringu, metodick\u00e9 pomoci a sd\u00edlen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 praxe, co\u017e m\u00e1 za c\u00edl zv\u00fd\u0161it retenci nov\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f a zlep\u0161it kvalitu v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1sadn\u00edm t\u00e9matem \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je rostouc\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b komplikuje pr\u00e1ci zejm\u00e9na zku\u0161en\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f. Ministerstvo \u0161kolstv\u00ed proto pl\u00e1nuje kroky ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee, aby si pedagogov\u00e9 mohli v\u00edce v\u011bnovat p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b v\u00fduky a p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci se \u017e\u00e1ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0160MT tak\u00e9 avizuje pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v implementaci Strategie vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiky \u010cR 2030+, kter\u00e1 klade d\u016fraz na modernizaci vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, rozvoj profesn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed pedagog\u016f a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality \u0161kolstv\u00ed jako celku. Mezi pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed i rozvoj podp\u016frn\u00fdch profes\u00ed, zlep\u0161en\u00ed financov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kol a systematick\u00e1 podpora pr\u00e1ce \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol, kter\u00e1 byla v posledn\u00edch letech rovn\u011b\u017e pos\u00edlena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do leto\u0161n\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se zapojilo p\u0159es 7 tis\u00edc u\u010ditel\u016f z 368 \u0161kol po cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.
