C\u00edlem je pos\u00edlit kompetence \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d \u010ceskou republikou, podpo\u0159it jejich profesn\u00ed r\u016fst a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jim pomoci efektivn\u011b \u0159\u00eddit sv\u00e9 \u0161koly v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program KOMPAS je v\u00fdsledkem spolupr\u00e1ce mezi M\u0160MT, \u010ceskou \u0161koln\u00ed inspekc\u00ed (\u010c\u0160I) a N\u00e1rodn\u00edm pedagogick\u00fdm institutem \u010cR (NPI). Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto instituc\u00ed hraje specifickou roli. Ministerstvo zabezpe\u010duje strategick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a organiza\u010dn\u00ed podporu, inspekce se v\u011bnuje identifikaci aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb \u0161kol a poskytuje konzultace, zat\u00edmco pedagogick\u00fd institut zaji\u0161\u0165uje p\u0159\u00edpravu c\u00edlen\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f. Podpora je nab\u00edzena formou dvoulet\u00fdch komplexn\u00edch rozvojov\u00fdch bal\u00ed\u010dk\u016f, kter\u00e9 \u0159editel\u016fm p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum metodick\u00fdch i praktick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, a tak\u00e9 skrze krat\u0161\u00ed mentoringov\u00e9 programy umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed personalizovanou spolupr\u00e1ci a sd\u00edlen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup je v r\u00e1mci programu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m kraji \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky p\u016fsob\u00ed trvale t\u00fdm 30 konzultant\u016f NPI, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u011bnuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 podpo\u0159e \u0161kol. Dosavadn\u00ed pr\u016fzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee \u0161koly zapojen\u00e9 do programu zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed zejm\u00e9na v oblasti strategick\u00e9ho a person\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90 % \u0159editelek a \u0159editel\u016f hodnot\u00ed poskytnutou podporu jako vysoce efektivn\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bny byly zaznamen\u00e1ny v p\u011bti z\u00e1sadn\u00edch oblastech pedagogick\u00e9ho veden\u00ed, vymezen\u00fdch modelem Kvalitn\u00ed \u0161koly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed podpory je tvorba Kompeten\u010dn\u00edho r\u00e1mce \u0159editele \u0161koly, kter\u00fd p\u0159ipravuje jasn\u00e1 a praktick\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria pro profesn\u00ed rozvoj vedouc\u00edch \u0161kol. Tento r\u00e1mec, kter\u00fd bude dokon\u010den na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2026, vych\u00e1z\u00ed z hodnocen\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e1 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce a NPI a bude slou\u017eit jako z\u00e1klad pro v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, hodnocen\u00ed i vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159editel\u016f. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee sjednot\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a pos\u00edl\u00ed soulad mezi institucemi, z\u0159izovateli a samotn\u00fdmi \u0159editeli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm krokem je p\u0159ipravovan\u00e1 revize kvalifika\u010dn\u00edch studi\u00ed pro \u0159editele \u0161kol, kter\u00e1 vstoup\u00ed v platnost od \u010dervence 2026. Nov\u00fd dvoumodulov\u00fd studijn\u00ed program bude propojen s mentoringem a zam\u011b\u0159en na rozvoj praktick\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch k veden\u00ed \u0161koly.
