Tipy, jak se st\u00e1t lep\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u010dn\u00edkem, ale sd\u00edl\u00ed tak\u00e9 na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, nap\u0159\u00edklad na Instagramu pod pseudonymem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/takze_dobry_den\/\">@takze_dobry_den<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ve va\u0161ich p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch \u010dasto nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edte na ne\u0161vary a zlozvyky ve vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Byly tu v\u017edy, nebo jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e trendem dne\u0161n\u00ed doby? A kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s nej\u010dast\u011bji &#8222;zvednou ze \u017eidle&#8220;?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narodila jsem se v roce 1993, tak mohu posuzovat jazykov\u00e9 ne\u0161vary a zlozvyky od t\u00e9to chv\u00edle d\u00e1l. Respektive od chv\u00edle, kdy jsem se jimi za\u010dala zab\u00fdvat. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd jazyk se vyv\u00edj\u00ed. Vznikaj\u00ed slova nov\u00e1 a naopak zanikaj\u00ed slova star\u0161\u00ed. Hovorov\u00e1 forma mluvy je b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jazyka a k t\u00e9 neodmysliteln\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed zlozvyky. Pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na vyjad\u0159ovac\u00ed nedostatky optikou generac\u00ed (generace Z, mileni\u00e1lov\u00e9, boome\u0159i), tak ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 ne\u0161vary plynouc\u00ed z doby, kdy vyr\u016fstali, a z podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 je extern\u011b ovliv\u0148ovaly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generace Z je velmi zasa\u017een\u00e1 soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi s\u00edt\u011bmi a Covidem. Nejsou zvykl\u00ed m\u00edt ka\u017edodenn\u00ed interakce nap\u0159\u00edmo s lidmi. Jejich vyjad\u0159ovac\u00ed schopnosti tak klesaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee nemluv\u00ed nahlas, ale pouze online. Slovn\u00ed z\u00e1soba i schopnost se vyj\u00e1d\u0159it chyb\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b v \u0161irok\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mileni\u00e1lov\u00e9 se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s nedostatkem sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a strachu ze selh\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00edce se boj\u00ed mluvit nahlas kv\u016fli tomu, aby nezklamali. Pak jim vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed my\u0161lenky zabere v\u00edce \u010dasu, ne\u017e je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed a do toho \u010dasto s pom\u011brn\u011b vysokou d\u00e1vkou submisivity. Nep\u016fsob\u00ed tak, jako schopn\u00ed a d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00ed \u0159e\u010dn\u00edci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boome\u0159i mluv\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe. S rozvahou, klidem, jasnost\u00ed. Chyb\u00ed jim ale zase naopak emo\u010dn\u00ed rovina. Jejich rozmluva \u010dasto p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 direktivn\u011b, p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b, bez z\u00e1jmu o druhou stranu. M\u016f\u017eou tak na druhou stranu p\u016fsobit nad\u0159azen\u011b, co\u017e \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genericky to lze tedy popsat takto. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00fdjimky potvrzuj\u00ed pravidlo a individu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup je v\u017edy nejlep\u0161\u00ed. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u016f\u017ee se podle v\u00e1s skute\u010dn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd nau\u010dit b\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm \u0159e\u010dn\u00edkem, nebo je to v\u011bc\u00ed vrozen\u00e9ho talentu?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komunikace je dovednost a ka\u017edou dovednost jsme schopni se nau\u010dit. N\u011bkdo m\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00fd talent, n\u011bkdo m\u00e1 p\u0159ed sebou del\u0161\u00ed cestu. Po\u0159\u00e1d ale existuj\u00ed jasn\u00e1 pravidla, kter\u00e1 sta\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1sledovat a kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m n\u00e1sledn\u011b pomohou l\u00e9pe mluvit. Pro m\u011b je z\u00e1kladem pochopit strukturu a fungov\u00e1n\u00ed mozku. Jak pro n\u00e1s \u0159e\u010dn\u00edky, tak pro na\u0161e poslucha\u010de. Pak jsme schopni odbourat nervozitu, usadit hlas a vystavit strukturu projevu tak, abychom se my ani poslucha\u010di neztratili a aby n\u00e1s to v\u0161echny bavilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak konkr\u00e9tn\u011b mohou \u0161koly\/ u\u010ditel\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fduky pomoci student\u016fm rozv\u00edjet vyjad\u0159ovac\u00ed schopnosti?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohle m\u011b st\u00e1le na \u010desk\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed nejv\u00edce p\u00e1l\u00ed. Neu\u010d\u00edme na\u0161e \u017e\u00e1ky a studenty mluvit a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem se sebev\u011bdom\u011b vyjad\u0159ovat. A kde jinde by se to m\u011bli u\u010dit ne\u017e v m\u00edst\u011b, kam chod\u00ed od 6 let ka\u017ed\u00fd den na X hodin. Byla bych \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1, kdyby do \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho kurikula byl zahrnut\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt typu <em>r\u00e9torika, diskuzn\u00ed krou\u017eek <\/em>\u010di <em>komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti. <\/em>A\u0165 studenti mluv\u00ed nahlas a o v\u011bcech, kter\u00e9 je bav\u00ed, zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed, pro kter\u00e9 jsou zap\u00e1len\u00ed. Vedou diskuze, obhajuj\u00ed si a odargumentov\u00e1vaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory. Refer\u00e1t o am\u00e9b\u011b je sice v r\u00e1mci biologie fajn, ale pokud to studenta nezaj\u00edm\u00e1, pak v n\u011bm akor\u00e1t podkop\u00e1v\u00e1me sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a chu\u0165 vyjad\u0159ovat se nahlas. Mluv\u00ed o n\u011b\u010dem, co ho nezaj\u00edm\u00e1, bylo mu to na\u0159\u00edzeno a je\u0161t\u011b si to pak m\u00e1 obh\u00e1jit. Takhle studenty mluvit nenau\u010d\u00edme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskuzn\u00ed krou\u017eky, r\u00e9torika, komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti je za m\u011b skv\u011bl\u00e1 cesta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u016f\u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk v t\u00e9to oblasti n\u011bjak zdokonalovat i s\u00e1m? Co byste poradila student\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed sv\u00e9 vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed tr\u00e9novat doma?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obecn\u011b \u010d\u00edst nahlas. \u010cten\u00ed nahlas nejen zlep\u0161uje artikulaci, ale nedovol\u00ed v\u00e1m ani mluvit p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle. Co\u017e je tak\u00e9 \u010dast\u00fdm ne\u0161varem. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme slovn\u00ed z\u00e1sobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sna\u017ete se mluvit v\u0161ude, kde to jde. Nejen s rodinou, kamar\u00e1dy, ale i kr\u00e1tk\u00fd pokec v obchod\u011b s prodava\u010dkou pom\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sledujte pe\u010dliv\u011b lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1s bav\u00ed a maj\u00ed podle v\u00e1s dobr\u00fd styl mluvy. Vemte si z toho to, co se v\u00e1m l\u00edb\u00ed nejv\u00edce a zkuste aplikovat do sv\u00e9 ka\u017edodennosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te vy sama n\u011bjak\u00e9 zlozvyky, kter\u00fdch se ve sv\u00e9m projevu sna\u017e\u00edte zbavit? Jak? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem nat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed m\u00fdch prvn\u00edch rozhovor\u016f jsem \u010dasto respondent\u016fm d\u00e1vala najevo, \u017ee je poslouch\u00e1m a \u0159\u00edkala do mikrofonu: eh, eh, eh. Jako\u017eto potvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee je skute\u010dn\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1m. Kdy\u017e jsem to z nahr\u00e1vek sly\u0161ela, bylo to stra\u0161n\u00e9. D\u00edky tomu jsem se to odnau\u010dila. Nahr\u00e1vat se a n\u00e1sledn\u011b poslouchat je nejlep\u0161\u00ed cestou, jak se zlozvyky odnau\u010dit. Sly\u0161\u00edte se, vad\u00ed v\u00e1m to, mozek si to pamatuje a kdy\u017e tak za\u010dnete mluvit, mozek v\u00e1s upozorn\u00ed&nbsp; \u201eTohle ned\u011blej, tohle se n\u00e1m nel\u00edb\u00ed\u201d. A je to pry\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u00e9 \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m slovo <em>re\u00e1ln\u011b<\/em>. Kter\u00e9 ale v \u010desk\u00e9m jazyce ned\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl. Ach ty p\u0159eklady z angli\u010dtiny. Really? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m ukazovac\u00ed z\u00e1jmena.
