Jak to tentokr\u00e1t opravdu dodr\u017eet a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed si co nejv\u00edce usnadnit? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d je pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u00e1razov\u00e9? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fraz na pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed nen\u00ed ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed kladen pro nic za nic &#8211; je toti\u017e prokazateln\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e to jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9, a to hned z n\u011bkolika d\u016fvod\u016f. Rozlo\u017e\u00edme-li u\u010den\u00ed do v\u00edcero \u00fasek\u016f, za\u0159ad\u00edme ho tak do kolonky &#8222;nedokon\u010den\u00e9,&#8220; a informace si zapamatujeme sn\u00e1z. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm benefitem pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed je pr\u00e1ce s pozornost\u00ed. Doma se pak na tyto ot\u00e1zky pokuste odpov\u011bd\u011bt a prozkoumat tak, kolik si z hodiny opravdu pamatujete.
