Na jeho prevenci se zam\u011b\u0159uje projekt Nevyhasni, kter\u00fd si klade za c\u00edl roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o tomto probl\u00e9mu a nab\u00eddnout \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;Vyho\u0159et mohou\u00a0v\u0161ichni. Studenti jsou \u010dasto\u00a0p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeni\u00a0i p\u0159esto, \u017ee studuj\u00ed, do toho \u010dasto pracuj\u00ed a za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed neust\u00e1le tlaky ze \u0161koly v podob\u011b zkou\u0161ek, \u00fakol\u016f a jin\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed,&#8220;<\/strong> stoj\u00ed na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nevyhasni.cz\/\">Nevyhasni<\/a>, projektu, kter\u00fd si klade za c\u00edl roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed a pom\u00e1hat s jeho prevenc\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dle port\u00e1lu Nevyhasni se s jednou z forem syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed pot\u00fdk\u00e1 a\u017e 40 % student\u016f \u010desk\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol, 55 % za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 emo\u010dn\u00ed vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed a 31 % pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve vztahu ke \u0161koln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd cynismus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevyhasni nab\u00edz\u00ed efektivn\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010d k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu &#8211; prevenci. <strong>&#8222;Skrze na\u0161e programy p\u0159ibli\u017eujeme mlad\u00fdm lidem fenom\u00e9n syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed a p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jeho vzniku. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ale sd\u00edl\u00edme\u00a0ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 praktiky, tipy\u00a0a\u00a0postupy, jak se syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed vyhnout,&#8220; <\/strong>uv\u00e1d\u00ed str\u016fjci projektu na jeho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nevyhasni.cz\/pro-skoly\">webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve sv\u00fdch programech u\u010d\u00ed mlad\u00e9 lidi, jak si nastavit spr\u00e1vn\u00fd work-life balance ji\u017e p\u0159i \u0161kole tak, aby byl udr\u017eiteln\u00fd a efektivn\u00ed i v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pracovn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;Nevyhasni m\u00e1 dva hlavn\u00ed pil\u00ed\u0159e,&#8220;<\/strong> p\u0159edstavuje pro Prahu \u0160kolskou projekt jeho spoluzakladatel Mikol\u00e1\u0161 Voborsk\u00fd, &#8222;Prvn\u00edm je <strong>osv\u011bta \u0161irok\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti <\/strong>a na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je zvy\u0161ovat pov\u011bdom\u00ed o syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed, vysv\u011btlovat, co to je a co nen\u00ed, a ukazovat, jak mu p\u0159edch\u00e1zet. Sd\u00edl\u00edme preven\u010dn\u00ed tipy a podporujeme budov\u00e1n\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00ed odolnosti. D\u011bl\u00e1me to\u00a0<strong>online<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>offline<\/strong>\u00a0formou diskuz\u00ed, rozhovor\u016f a setk\u00e1n\u00ed s odborn\u00edky. <br><br>Druh\u00fdm pil\u00ed\u0159em jsou <strong>programy pro \u0161koly a firmy<\/strong>. Zde se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a praktickou prevenci vyho\u0159en\u00ed.
