Podle sociologa Daniela Prokopa se v\u0161ak st\u00e1le jedn\u00e1 o polovi\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed pln\u011b reagovat na v\u00fdzvy \u010desk\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed. Jednou z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek je, jak do syst\u00e9mu zakotvit pozici soci\u00e1ln\u00edho pedagoga.  Aneb \u010dlov\u011bka kter\u00fd by mohl v\u00fdrazn\u011b pomoct zejm\u00e9na chud\u0161\u00edm \u0161kol\u00e1m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 70 procent \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho \u0161koln\u00edho psychologa ani speci\u00e1ln\u00edho pedagoga, p\u0159esto\u017ee jejich role je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Psychologov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9my s du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 podle pr\u016fzkum\u016f vykazuj\u00ed a\u017e u 40 procent p\u0159\u00edznaky deprese nebo \u00fazkost\u00ed. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 zase pom\u00e1haj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm s poruchami u\u010den\u00ed \u010di autismem, kter\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u010dasto nedok\u00e1\u017ee nab\u00eddnout adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed podporu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eV \u010cesku se st\u00e1le lp\u00ed na financov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolstv\u00ed p\u0159es dotace. To je nestabiln\u00ed a administrativn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. \u0160koly mus\u00ed o podporu opakovan\u011b \u017e\u00e1dat a nemohou garantovat odborn\u00edk\u016fm dlouhodob\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. To brzd\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edchod \u0161koln\u00edch psycholog\u016f \u010di speci\u00e1ln\u00edch pedagog\u016f do m\u00e9n\u011b rozvinut\u00fdch region\u016f,\u201c<\/strong> vysv\u011btluje Prokop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou rol\u00ed, kterou reforma zav\u00e1d\u00ed, je soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagog. Tento odborn\u00edk m\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it vysok\u00e9 absence \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, co\u017e je \u010dast\u00fd probl\u00e9m zejm\u00e9na na \u0161kol\u00e1ch v soci\u00e1ln\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagog m\u00e1 fungovat jako spojka mezi \u0161kolou a rodinou. Aktivn\u011b se toti\u017e star\u00e1 o to, aby d\u011bti doch\u00e1zely do \u0161koly, a hled\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 k absenc\u00edm vedou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eSoci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagog m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na d\u011bti z problematick\u00fdch rodin, kde rodi\u010de \u010dasto nev\u011bd\u00ed, jak se vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s probl\u00e9my spojen\u00fdmi se \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zkou. Tento model u\u017e se osv\u011bd\u010dil v zahrani\u010d\u00ed a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b i v \u010cesku,\u201c <\/strong>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Prokop.
