V\u00fdzkum p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed unik\u00e1tn\u00ed pohled na \u00farove\u0148 t\u0159\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed: \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 gramotnosti, numerick\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed a adaptivn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f &#8211; tedy kompetenc\u00cd, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro orientaci v 21. stolet\u00ed, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed efektivn\u00ed zapojen\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce, podporuj\u00ed celo\u017eivotn\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed a p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke spole\u010densk\u00e9 soudr\u017enosti. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika si v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed vedla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b v oblasti \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed a schopnosti adaptivn\u011b \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my. V numerick\u00fdch dovednostech dos\u00e1hla m\u00edrn\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku. Tyto v\u00fdsledky v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b kop\u00edruj\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed \u010ceska z prvn\u00edho cyklu v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd se uskute\u010dnil p\u0159ed deseti lety. P\u0159esto v\u0161ak \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 dovednosti \u010desk\u00e9 populace v uplynul\u00e9m desetilet\u00ed m\u00edrn\u011b poklesly. Na \u0161pici \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku se um\u00edstily seversk\u00e9 zem\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 Japonsko a Nizozemsko, kter\u00e9 dos\u00e1hly nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hodnot nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d sledovan\u00fdmi oblastmi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/prahaskolska.200.solutions\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PIAAC_VIDEO1-2022.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Alarmuj\u00edc\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm je, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b \u010dtvrtina (24 %) \u010desk\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch vykazuje velmi n\u00edzkou \u00farove\u0148 ve v\u0161ech t\u0159ech zkouman\u00fdch oblastech. U \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed m\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00e9 sk\u00f3re asi 1,7 milionu \u010cech\u016f ve v\u011bku 16\u201365 let. Tito lid\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnou pouze jednoduch\u00e9 \u00fakoly, jako je nalezen\u00ed informace v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m textu. Obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b se orientuj\u00ed v del\u0161\u00edch dokumentech \u010di slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zad\u00e1n\u00edch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Numerick\u00e9 dovednosti na velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovni vykazuje 21 % populace, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 1,4 milionu osob. Tito lid\u00e9 zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed po\u010detn\u00ed operace, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00fdpo\u010det procent \u010di slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fakony jim \u010din\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Schopnost adaptivn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f je nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 u 29 % dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, tedy t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 u dvou milion\u016f \u010cech\u016f. Tito jedinci maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm \u00fakol\u016f, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed v\u00edce krok\u016f nebo zahrnuj\u00ed m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se podm\u00ednky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dovednosti podle vzd\u011blanostn\u00edch skupin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00edzk\u00e9 dovednosti se koncentruj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na mezi absolventy u\u010debn\u00edch obor\u016f bez maturity. Ve v\u011bkov\u00e9 kategorii 25\u201365 let m\u00e1 41 % vyu\u010den\u00fdch velmi n\u00edzkou \u00farove\u0148 \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed a 40 % z nich m\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00e9 schopnosti ve dvou nebo v\u0161ech t\u0159ech sledovan\u00fdch oblastech. V\u00fdsledky t\u011bchto absolvent\u016f jsou p\u0159itom bl\u00ed\u017ee lidem se z\u00e1kladn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm ne\u017e st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016fm s maturitou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle Michaely R\u00f6schov\u00e9, koordin\u00e1torky v\u00fdzkumu v \u010cesku, tato data nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee u\u010debn\u00ed obory nedok\u00e1\u017eou absolventy p\u0159ipravit na pot\u0159eby modern\u00edho trhu pr\u00e1ce ani na schopnost kriticky \u010delit dezinformac\u00edm. Nav\u00edc maj\u00ed vyu\u010den\u00ed omezen\u00e9 mo\u017enosti dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdznam v\u00fdzkumu a jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PIAAC navazuje na \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f PISA, jeho\u017e v\u00fdsledky byly zve\u0159ejn\u011bny v prosinci lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku, a zam\u011b\u0159uje se na dovednosti dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve v\u011bku 16\u201365 let. Data z v\u00fdzkumu jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro tvorbu vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch strategi\u00ed a politik trhu pr\u00e1ce. V p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech budou n\u00e1sledovat hlub\u0161\u00ed anal\u00fdzy, nap\u0159\u00edklad vztah dovednost\u00ed ke st\u00e1rnut\u00ed populace nebo vliv migrace. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se anal\u00fdzou bude zab\u00fdvat N\u00e1rodn\u00ed pedagogick\u00fd institut \u010cR, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161\u0165oval i sb\u011br dat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sb\u011br se uskute\u010dnil od z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2022 do \u010dervence 2023 formou osobn\u00edho dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed ve vybran\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnostech.
