Fond se zam\u011b\u0159uje na podporu za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f, aby neodch\u00e1zeli ze \u0161kolstv\u00ed za l\u00e9pe placen\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edmi pozicemi v jin\u00fdch oborech. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b podporuje 40 u\u010ditel\u016f matematiky m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem 10 000 korun, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v roce 2024 pl\u00e1nuje tento po\u010det zdvojn\u00e1sobit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b podpory za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch pedagog\u016f chce fond podn\u00edtit z\u00e1jem o studium pedagogick\u00fdch obor\u016f na vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Tento krok je podle z\u00e1stupc\u016f fondu nezbytn\u00fd, proto\u017ee st\u00e1rnut\u00ed u\u010ditelsk\u00e9ho sboru a n\u00edzk\u00fd po\u010det nov\u011b nastupuj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f jsou dlouhodob\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Podle dat \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu z roku 2023 tvo\u0159ili u\u010ditel\u00e9 mlad\u0161\u00ed 30 let jen 8,4 procenta z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zhruba 95 150 u\u010ditel\u016f na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Akutn\u00ed nedostatek u\u010ditel\u016f matematiky, fyziky a informatiky<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010desk\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch chyb\u00ed podle fondu Matika \u010cesku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 700 u\u010ditel\u016f matematiky, fyziky a informatiky. Posledn\u00ed dostupn\u00e1 data ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed z roku 2019 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly tehdy popt\u00e1valy asi 600 u\u010ditel\u016f matematiky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bchto pozic z\u016fstala neobsazen\u00e1 d\u00e9le ne\u017e sedm m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk matematik\u00e1\u0159\u016f na druh\u00e9m stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol byl tehdy 48,6 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky u\u010ditel\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch faktor\u016f ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch odliv pracovn\u00edk\u016f ze \u0161kolstv\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda u\u010ditel\u016f z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch z\u0159izovatel\u016f byla v prvn\u00edm pololet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku 48 397 korun hrub\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nada\u010dn\u00ed fond Matika \u010cesku ve spolupr\u00e1ci s ministerstvem \u0161kolstv\u00ed, neziskov\u00fdmi organizacemi a vysok\u00fdmi \u0161kolami hled\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak zlep\u0161it p\u0159\u00edpravu a p\u0159echod nov\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f do praxe.
