Studie skupiny Oxford Impact p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed s doporu\u010den\u00edmi, jak podpo\u0159it wellbeing v r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co je wellbeing? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdraz &#8222;wellbeing&#8220; b\u00fdv\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bji popisov\u00e1n jako &#8222;pocit celkov\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed pohody&#8220;, tedy jak\u00fdsi  optim\u00e1ln\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00ed stav. Americk\u00fd psycholog Martin Seligman tento fenom\u00e9n bl\u00ed\u017ee popisuje pomoc\u00ed takzvan\u00e9ho PERMA modelu, jeho\u017e prvn\u00ed p\u00edsmena p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00edho p\u011bt z\u00e1kladn\u00edch slo\u017eek wellbeingu: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P <\/strong>(positive emotions) &#8211; pozitivn\u00ed emoce <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E<\/strong> (engagement) &#8211; zapojen\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R<\/strong> (positive relationships) &#8211; zdrav\u00e9 vztahy <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M<\/strong> (meaning) &#8211; smysl <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A<\/strong> (accomplishment) &#8211; dosa\u017een\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wellbeing je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, jeho nedostatek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt naopak p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou ment\u00e1ln\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d je wellbeing ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd ? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wellbeing hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli i ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm procesu, m\u00e1 toti\u017e pozitivn\u00ed vliv na motivaci, schopnost koncentrace, problem-solving nebo vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s nevyhnuteln\u00fdm \u0161koln\u00edm nezdarem. T\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje budouc\u00ed akademickou cestu studenta a jeho studijn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky, jak dokazuje mimo studie skupiny <a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordimpact.oup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Student-wellbeing-An-analysis-of-the-evidence.pdf\">Oxford Impact<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro sv\u016fj nedoz\u00edrn\u00fd v\u00fdznam byl wellbeing za\u0159azen mezi jednu z hlavn\u00edch oblast\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/global.oup.com\/education\/primary\/curricula\/oxford-international-curriculum\/?region=international\">Oxfordsk\u00e9ho mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho kurikula<\/a>, v r\u00e1mci n\u011bho\u017e je svou d\u016fle\u017eitost\u00ed \u0159azen na stejnou \u00farov\u011b\u0148 jako nap\u0159\u00edklad matematika nebo angli\u010dtina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak dos\u00e1hnout wellbeingu ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 Oxford Impact studie nab\u00edz\u00ed hned n\u011bkolik zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak ve \u0161kole vytvo\u0159it prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 pro psychiku \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Studie prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee studenti, kte\u0159\u00ed se neboj\u00ed d\u011blat chyby, maj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed koncentraci a motivaci k u\u010den\u00ed, a d\u00edky tomu lep\u0161\u00ed studijn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky i du\u0161evn\u00ed rozpolo\u017een\u00ed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social skills a porozum\u011bn\u00ed emoc\u00edm<\/strong>: V r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky seznamovat tak\u00e9 se soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi dovednostmi, \u017eivotn\u00edmi hodnotami, emocemi a zp\u016fsoby, jak s nimi pracovat. Toho lze dos\u00e1hnout nap\u0159\u00edklad kr\u00e1tkou aktivitou ve dvojic\u00edch \u010di skupin\u00e1ch konzultovanou s vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edm na za\u010d\u00e1tku hodiny.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zvon\u011bn\u00edm to n\u011bkon\u010d\u00ed<\/strong>: P\u00e9\u010de o du\u0161evn\u00ed m\u011bla by prostupovat cel\u00fdm \u0161koln\u00edm dnem. O wellbeing je tedy t\u0159eba pe\u010dovat nejen v r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch vyu\u010dovac\u00edch hodin, ale tak\u00e9 mimo n\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad skrze podporu kolektivn\u00edch aktivit utu\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch dobr\u00e9 vztahy ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b a mezi ro\u010dn\u00edky nebo zapojen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wellbeing vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd<\/strong>: P\u0159i snaze o zdrav\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed ve \u0161kole nesm\u00edme zapom\u00ednat ani na vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. Ti by m\u011bli db\u00e1t na to, aby si p\u0159i u\u010den\u00ed i mimo n\u011bj vyhradili n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das pro sebe, a uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee b\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm u\u010ditelem neznamen\u00e1 d\u00e1vat v\u00fduce a student\u016fm neust\u00e1le p\u0159ednost p\u0159ed vlastn\u00edm du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. Student\u016fm mohou j\u00edt naopak p\u0159\u00edkladem t\u00edm, \u017ee budou o sv\u016fj wellbeing pe\u010dovat. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kontroln\u00ed mechanismus<\/strong>: Pro zhodnocen\u00ed efektivity postup\u016f k dosa\u017een\u00ed wellbeingu ve \u0161kole je pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 nastavit si kontroln\u00ed mechanismus umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed jejich evaluaci.
