Podle Adlerov\u00fdch slov roste pod\u00edl nekvalifikovan\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f a chyb\u00ed zhruba 15 tis\u00edc kantor\u016f v region\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0161kolstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syst\u00e9m financov\u00e1n\u00ed a platy u\u010ditel\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministr \u0161kolstv\u00ed Mikul\u00e1\u0161 Bek upozor\u0148uje na probl\u00e9m nevhodn\u011b nastaven\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu financov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolstv\u00ed, kter\u00fd p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k nedostatku kvalifikovan\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f.
