Zat\u00edmco koncem 90. let byla nadv\u00e1ha probl\u00e9mem u deseti procent dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch, dnes se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u010dtvrtiny mlad\u00fdch ve v\u011bku 13 a\u017e 17 let. Odborn\u00edci ale zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli hraj\u00ed tak\u00e9 rodi\u010de, jejich\u017e stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky d\u011bti p\u0159eb\u00edraj\u00ed. \u0160koln\u00ed j\u00eddelny, kde se stravuje zhruba 1,5 milionu d\u011bt\u00ed denn\u011b, v\u0161ak cht\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edkladem a podporovat zm\u011bnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u011btsk\u00fd obezitolog Jan Bo\u017eensk\u00fd uvedl, \u017ee omezen\u00ed slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm krokem nejen pro \u0161koln\u00ed d\u011bti, ale i ty p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed. Podobn\u011b by m\u011blo doj\u00edt ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed frekvence pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed masa a ml\u00e9ka. J\u00eddelny se budou \u0159\u00eddit nov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem v\u00e1\u017een\u00ed porc\u00ed \u2013 zat\u00edmco dosud se maso v\u00e1\u017eilo i s kostmi, nov\u011b se budou zohled\u0148ovat jen \u010dist\u00e9 porce, co\u017e povede ke zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed porc\u00ed.
