Digitalizace nejen usnad\u0148uje komunikaci mezi \u0161kolami, rodi\u010di a \u017e\u00e1ky, ale st\u00e1v\u00e1 se i kl\u00ed\u010dovou pro z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dovednost\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch na trhu pr\u00e1ce. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b u\u017e se v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed neobejde bez z\u00e1kladn\u00edch znalost\u00ed pr\u00e1ce s internetem, chytr\u00fdmi telefony \u010di po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, a to nejen v pracovn\u00ed, ale i v osobn\u00ed sf\u00e9\u0159e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2023 bylo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159ipojeno k internetu a \u0161koln\u00ed administrativa je z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti vedena elektronicky. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2019, tedy p\u0159ed pandemi\u00ed, se po\u010det \u0161koln\u00edch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f pro \u017e\u00e1ky zv\u00fd\u0161il o polovinu na 452 tis\u00edc, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e t\u0159etina z nich byla mlad\u0161\u00ed dvou let. V\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ibylo p\u0159enosn\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f, kter\u00fdch bylo v roce 2023 ji\u017e 250 tis\u00edc, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst o 40 tis\u00edc ro\u010dn\u011b od roku 2019. Po\u010det stoln\u00edch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f se dr\u017e\u00ed na \u00farovni kolem 200 tis\u00edc ji\u017e od roku 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159epo\u010dtu na 100 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f bylo v roce 2023 nejv\u00edce po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f na druh\u00fdch stupn\u00edch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol (46,7 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de na 100 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f). Prvn\u00ed stupn\u011b Z\u0160 m\u011bly 36,7 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de na 100 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly 28,1 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de na 100 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. \u0160koln\u00ed intranety pro komunikaci mezi u\u010diteli a \u017e\u00e1ky (\u010di rodi\u010di) jsou st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, na druh\u00e9m stupni Z\u0160 je v roce 2023 vyu\u017e\u00edvalo 88 % \u0161kol, co\u017e je v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobek oproti roku 2019. \u0160koln\u00ed WiFi s\u00edt\u011b jsou dnes b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ve 97 % z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v \u010cesku ve v\u011bku 15 let tr\u00e1v\u00ed na digit\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 2,5 hodiny denn\u011b p\u0159i volno\u010dasov\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch, o v\u00edkendu se tento \u010das t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zdvojn\u00e1sob\u00ed. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina d\u011bt\u00ed v\u011bnuje o v\u00edkendu t\u011bmto \u010dinnostem v\u00edce ne\u017e 5 hodin denn\u011b. Sto procent student\u016f star\u0161\u00edch 16 let pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 internet, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed online aktivity zahrnuj\u00ed pos\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed zpr\u00e1v (99 %), pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed (98 %), sledov\u00e1n\u00ed vide\u00ed (98 %) a poslech hudby (96 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2023 se t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edce lid\u00ed ne\u017e v roce 2019 \u00fa\u010dastnilo online kurz\u016f. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se jednalo o 17 % osob star\u0161\u00edch 16 let, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e \u017eeny byly o n\u011bco aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e mu\u017ei (19 % \u017een oproti 15 % mu\u017e\u016f). Nejv\u00edce \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f online kurz\u016f bylo ve v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupin\u011b 16 a\u017e 24 let, kde se \u00fa\u010dastnila t\u0159etina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch. Vysoko\u0161kolsky vzd\u011blan\u00ed lid\u00e9 byli v online kurzech zastoupeni nejv\u00edce \u2013 40 % z nich se n\u011bjak\u00e9ho kurzu \u00fa\u010dastnilo, zat\u00edmco mezi lidmi se st\u0159edn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm bez maturity to byla pouze 4 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch program\u016f, jako jsou textov\u00e9 editory, tabulkov\u00e9 procesory nebo prezenta\u010dn\u00ed softwary, je b\u011b\u017enou prax\u00ed. V roce 2023 v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina osob star\u0161\u00edch 16 let pou\u017e\u00edvala textov\u00fd editor, zat\u00edmco tabulkov\u00fd editor pou\u017e\u00edvalo 41 % a prezenta\u010dn\u00ed software 20 % respondent\u016f. S rostouc\u00edm v\u011bkem kles\u00e1 pod\u00edl u\u017eivatel\u016f t\u011bchto program\u016f, zat\u00edmco s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed jejich pod\u00edl naopak roste. V r\u00e1mci EU pat\u0159\u00ed \u010ce\u0161i mezi nejaktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u\u017eivatele t\u011bchto softwar\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti, jako je stahov\u00e1n\u00ed a instalace aplikac\u00ed \u010di softwaru a jejich p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed osobn\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m, m\u00e1 v \u010cesku st\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed. V roce 2023 si mobiln\u00ed aplikace stahovalo 53 % osob star\u0161\u00edch 16 let, co\u017e je n\u00e1r\u016fst o 13 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edm dv\u011bma let\u016fm. Instalaci softwaru do po\u010d\u00edta\u010de provedlo 25 % lid\u00ed a 35 % z nich si p\u0159izp\u016fsobilo nastaven\u00ed softwaru nebo aplikac\u00ed. Mu\u017ei byli v t\u011bchto aktivit\u00e1ch aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u017eeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programov\u00e1n\u00ed se v roce 2023 v\u011bnovalo 6 % populace star\u0161\u00ed 16 let, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejaktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byli lid\u00e9 ve v\u011bku 25\u201334 let (12 %) a 16\u201324 let (11 %). Rozd\u00edly mezi mu\u017ei a \u017eenami byly v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 \u2013 programovalo 9 % mu\u017e\u016f oproti 3 % \u017een. Tak\u00e9 \u00farove\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed hraje roli, kdy programovalo pouze 2 % osob se st\u0159edn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm bez maturity, zat\u00edmco mezi vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1ky to bylo 16 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2023 m\u011blo alespo\u0148 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti 69 % \u010cech\u016f ve v\u011bku 16\u201374 let, co\u017e je nad pr\u016fm\u011brem EU (56 %). Evropsk\u00e1 komise si klade za c\u00edl, aby do roku 2030 tento pod\u00edl dos\u00e1hl 80 %. V Nizozemsku a Finsku tento c\u00edl ji\u017e splnili.
