Tato iniciativa, kterou ji\u017e v minulosti rozv\u00edjel projekt Syst\u00e9m podpory profesn\u00edho rozvoje u\u010ditel\u016f a \u0159editel\u016f (SYPO), poskytuje \u0159editel\u016fm a u\u010ditel\u016fm jedine\u010dn\u00fd prostor pro spole\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, reflexi a osobn\u00ed i profesn\u00ed r\u016fst.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metodick\u00e9 kabinety v projektu Kurikulum za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed fungovat nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d celou republikou. Jejich c\u00edlem je vytvo\u0159it prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde se u\u010ditel\u00e9 u\u010d\u00ed spolupracovat na principech u\u010d\u00edc\u00edch se komunit. Prvotn\u00ed \u00fakoly zahrnuj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a reflexi v\u00fdukov\u00fdch jednotek, s d\u016frazem na to, aby v\u00fduka byla \u00fazce propojena s pot\u0159ebami konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Tyto aktivity budou podporovat zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed reviz\u00ed r\u00e1mcov\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f (RVP), se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na proces jejich implementace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00ednosy metodick\u00fdch kabinet\u016f jsou zna\u010dn\u00e9. U\u010ditel\u00e9 se mohou t\u011b\u0161it na inspiraci, mo\u017enost u\u010dit se od ostatn\u00edch, pracovn\u00ed partnerstv\u00ed a p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed. Tato spolupr\u00e1ce p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do \u0161kol nov\u00fd pohled na v\u00fduku a inspiraci, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit my\u0161len\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edstup u\u010ditel\u016f.Jejich \u00fasp\u011bch bude m\u011b\u0159en schopnost\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f sledovat a hodnotit pokroky sv\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a efektivitu sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce.
