N\u00e1rodn\u00ed pedagogick\u00fd institut \u010cR (NPI \u010cR) se pod\u00edl\u00ed na \u00faprav\u00e1ch v\u00fduky ICT, kter\u00e9 odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby. Pr\u016fzkum mezi z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi \u0161kolami a gymn\u00e1zii uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina \u0161kol je person\u00e1ln\u011b i vybaven\u00edm p\u0159ipravena na v\u00fduku podle nov\u00e9ho revidovan\u00e9ho RVP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od ledna 2021 plat\u00ed zm\u011bny v r\u00e1mcov\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm programu, kter\u00e9 zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou kompetenci ve v\u0161ech p\u0159edm\u011btech a nov\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed obor informatika. Ten se zam\u011b\u0159uje na rozvoj informatick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed a porozum\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edm princip\u016fm digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed \u0161koly za\u010daly u\u010dit podle t\u011bchto zm\u011bn v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2021, za podpory NPI \u010cR a financ\u00ed z N\u00e1rodn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu obnovy. Od podzimu 2023 musely zm\u011bny implementovat v\u0161echny z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly na prvn\u00edm stupni, letos se roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed na druh\u00fd stupe\u0148 a v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce na gymn\u00e1zia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K hodnocen\u00ed p\u0159ipravenosti \u0161kol na tyto zm\u011bny NPI zorganizoval pr\u016fzkum, do kter\u00e9ho se zapojilo 816 \u0161koln\u00edch a gymnazi\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1stupc\u016f a 754 u\u010ditel\u016f. \u0158editel\u00e9 \u0161kol uvedli, \u017ee \u00fapravy \u0161koln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f (\u0160VP) byly \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Zat\u00edmco samotn\u00e9 \u0161krt\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010diva nebylo problematick\u00e9, proces tvorby nov\u00fdch dokument\u016f trval dlouho, \u010dasto \u010dty\u0159i a\u017e \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. P\u0159esto deset procent \u0161kol uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fapravy zvl\u00e1dly za pouh\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory t\u011bmto v\u00fdzv\u00e1m je 88 % \u0161koln\u00edch z\u00e1stupc\u016f a 76 % u\u010ditel\u016f p\u0159ipraveno rozv\u00edjet digit\u00e1ln\u00ed kompetence \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. \u0160koly v\u0161ak upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee ne v\u0161ichni u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou p\u0159ipraveni u\u010dit s pomoc\u00ed modern\u00edch digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed. <strong>\u201eProces trval dlouho, v\u0161e jsme pe\u010dliv\u011b projedn\u00e1valy s kolegyn\u011bmi,\u201c <\/strong>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0159editelka Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly T\u011b\u0161kovice So\u0148a Jaro\u0161ov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 potvrzuje, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou k nov\u00fdm metod\u00e1m st\u00e1le skepti\u010dt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NPI \u010cR nab\u00edz\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016fm a \u0161kol\u00e1m r\u016fzn\u00e9 formy podpory, v\u010detn\u011b kurz\u016f, v\u00fdukov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, webin\u00e1\u0159\u016f, konzultac\u00ed s IT experty, krajsk\u00fdmi ICT metodiky, nebo hromadn\u00fdch \u0161kolen\u00ed. U\u010ditel\u00e9 mohou \u010derpat inspiraci z podcast\u016f DIGI IN a KYBcast nebo sledovat videa ukazuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady dobr\u00e9 praxe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Josef Mesz\u00e1ros, u\u010ditel informa\u010dn\u00edch technologi\u00ed z pra\u017esk\u00e9 Z\u0160 Pra\u017ea\u010dka, si spolupr\u00e1ci s NPI nem\u016f\u017ee vynachv\u00e1lit, zejm\u00e9na slu\u017eby IT guru. <strong>\u201ePomohl n\u00e1m s viz\u00ed IT laborato\u0159e a financov\u00e1n\u00edm podle pravidel. Nyn\u00ed pl\u00e1nujeme n\u00e1kup tablet\u016f, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m ve \u0161kole chyb\u00ed. Tyto slu\u017eby bych ur\u010dit\u011b doporu\u010dil koleg\u016fm,\u201c<\/strong> nechal se sly\u0161et. Podle pr\u016fzkumu je 87 % \u0159editel\u016f spokojeno s motivac\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f informatiky a dv\u011b t\u0159etiny \u0161kol jsou spokojeny se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm vybaven\u00edm.
