S podtitulem &#8222;Co bude d\u00e1l?&#8220; se akce z\u00fa\u010dastnili odborn\u00edci a z\u00e1stupci mnoha organizac\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed diskutovali o budouc\u00edm v\u00fdvoji v t\u00e9to oblasti<\/strong><\/span>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konferenci zah\u00e1jila Margrethe Vestager, v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 m\u00edstop\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Evropsk\u00e9 komise pro Evropu p\u0159ipravenou na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011bk. Ve sv\u00e9m projevu se zam\u011b\u0159ila na zm\u011bny trhu pr\u00e1ce zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 technologick\u00fdm pokrokem a nutnost\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed adaptace. Upozornila, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech se povaha mnoha pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00fdrazn\u011b prom\u011bn\u00ed, co\u017e povede k \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm kari\u00e9rn\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota jednotlivc\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dasp\u011bchy v r\u00e1mci Evropsk\u00e9ho roku dovednost\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee zm\u011bna zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pro mnoho lid\u00ed jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u016f stresu, spole\u010dnost se mus\u00ed soust\u0159edit na poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed a sebed\u016fv\u011bry, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro celo\u017eivotn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch a flexibilitu na trhu pr\u00e1ce. Kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tohoto \u00fasil\u00ed je uk\u00e1zat, jak digit\u00e1ln\u00ed a ekologick\u00e1 transformace nejen \u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, ale tak\u00e9 hraje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli p\u0159i utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed panel p\u0159iv\u00edtal n\u00e1rodn\u00ed koordin\u00e1tory EYS z Belgie, Bulharska, Finska, Francie a \u0160pan\u011blska, kte\u0159\u00ed nab\u00eddli pestr\u00fd p\u0159ehled r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f k rekvalifikac\u00edm a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikac\u00ed ob\u010dan\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00e1stupce p\u0159edstavil konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy, zm\u011bny a iniciativy spojen\u00e9 s EYS ve sv\u00e9 zemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finsko pl\u00e1nuje v roce 2025 spustit digit\u00e1ln\u00ed platformu pro celo\u017eivotn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pom\u016f\u017ee lidem l\u00e9pe se orientovat na trhu pr\u00e1ce a naj\u00edt p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed. Francie slou\u017e\u00ed jako p\u0159\u00edklad \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 implementace Individu\u00e1ln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch \u00fa\u010dt\u016f, nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159ehled mo\u017enost\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b finan\u010dn\u00ed podpory. V Bulharsku se d\u00edky EYS poda\u0159ilo legislativn\u011b zakotvit dovednosti a p\u0159ipravuje se N\u00e1rodn\u00ed ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n pro tuto oblast. \u0160pan\u011blsko vyvinulo program TandEM, kter\u00fd podporuje zam\u011bstnatelnost mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed ve v\u011bku 16 a\u017e 29 let. Belgick\u00e9 p\u0159edsednictv\u00ed Rady EU nav\u00edc vedlo ke vzniku spole\u010dn\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed v\u0161ech n\u00e1rodn\u00edch koordin\u00e1tor\u016f EYS v EU, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ipravuje p\u016fdu pro budouc\u00ed roky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 dovednosti pro budoucnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed panel konference vid\u011bl Evropsk\u00fd rok dovednost\u00ed (EYS) jako za\u010d\u00e1tek \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed reformy a zam\u011b\u0159il se na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 dovednosti pro budoucnost. Nejde jen o digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost, v\u010detn\u011b efektivn\u00edho a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, ale tak\u00e9 o m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti, jako je empatie, kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed schopnosti a t\u00fdmov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce. Vzhledem k rychle se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edmu trhu pr\u00e1ce je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, aby Evropa podporovala rozvoj t\u011bchto dovednost\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi odv\u011btv\u00edmi a v\u011bkov\u00fdmi skupinami. Toho v\u0161ak nelze dos\u00e1hnout bez \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce \u0161kol, vzd\u011blavatel\u016f, politik\u016f, zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, podnik\u016f a soukrom\u00e9 sf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci panelu sd\u00edleli konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady posilov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto dovednost\u00ed. V Portugalsku se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na \u0161kolen\u00ed migrant\u016f v jazykov\u00fdch a digit\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednostech. V D\u00e1nsku upravili program pro strojvedouc\u00ed vlak\u016f, aby byl atraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro \u017eeny. Diskutovalo se tak\u00e9 o vyvracen\u00ed stereotyp\u016f ve stavebnictv\u00ed a o roli ambasador\u016f, jako jsou podnikatelky \u010di lid\u00e9 s inspirativn\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00ed cestou, kte\u0159\u00ed mohou motivovat nov\u00e9 generace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1ce s informacemi, horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti a um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konference tak\u00e9 nab\u00eddla takzvan\u00e9 Spotlight sessions, kde byl p\u0159edstaven projekt organizace WindEurope v r\u00e1mci Paktu pro dovednosti a iniciativy Evropsk\u00e9ho st\u0159ediska pro rozvoj odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (Cedefop) a Evropsk\u00e9 nadace odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (ETF). Po poledn\u00ed pauze se host\u00e9 rozd\u011blili do \u0161esti skupin, aby podrobn\u011bji diskutovali o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch t\u00e9matech souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s rozvojem dovednost\u00ed a politikami v t\u00e9to oblasti. T\u00e9mata zahrnovala vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed metody zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na dovednosti, lep\u0161\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy k rekvalifikac\u00edm, spolupr\u00e1ci soukrom\u00e9ho a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho sektoru v oblasti financov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nedostatku kvalifikovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f a kombinaci horizont\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed s um\u011blou inteligenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve skupin\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti a um\u011blou inteligenci p\u0159edstavili z\u00e1stupci N\u00e1rodn\u00ed rady pro dovednosti na Malt\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci v t\u00e9to oblasti a diskutovali o v\u00fdznamu t\u011bchto dovednost\u00ed v kontextu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch um\u011blou inteligenci. Zd\u016fraznili, \u017ee um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence m\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159i porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed standardizovan\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru nov\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, ale lidsk\u00fd faktor je nenahraditeln\u00fd p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed horizont\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9 na memorov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed postupn\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed v\u00fdznam, proto\u017ee znalosti z\u00edskan\u00e9 t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem rychle zastar\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Naopak, horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti, jako jsou kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, empatie a t\u00fdmov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce, jsou \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee jsou univerz\u00e1ln\u011b pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 a nest\u00e1rnou. Je tedy nezbytn\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it se na celo\u017eivotn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nejen ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, ale i na pracovi\u0161ti, a podporovat otev\u0159en\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed. Evropsk\u00fd rok dovednost\u00ed (EYS) si kladl za c\u00edl tuto perspektivu \u0161iroce propagovat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nerovn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitoti ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fazk\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V digit\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u011bku je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zajistit, aby v\u0161ichni ob\u010dan\u00e9 um\u011bli vyu\u017e\u00edvat online ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby a nikdo nez\u016fstal pozadu. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup podporuje inkluzivn\u00ed ob\u010danstv\u00ed a zabra\u0148uje vylou\u010den\u00ed znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch jedinc\u016f ze spole\u010dnosti. Kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy mohou b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro podporu celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed reagovat na zm\u011bny na pracovi\u0161ti a poskytuj\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm jistotu, \u017ee nep\u0159ijdou o pr\u00e1ci, i kdy\u017e se jejich pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1pl\u0148 zm\u011bn\u00ed. Je tak\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161it nerovn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti k vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u010dasto postihuj\u00ed \u017eeny, pracovn\u00edky s kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdmi smlouvami, migranty a mlad\u00e9 lidi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konferenci uzav\u0159el Nicolas Schmit, eurokomisa\u0159 pro pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1va, kter\u00fd zd\u016fraznil nutnost povzbuzovat v\u0161echny ob\u010dany EU k otev\u0159enosti v\u016f\u010di nov\u00fdm dovednostem u\u017e od \u00fatl\u00e9ho v\u011bku.
