Jedn\u00e1 se o kroky, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je modernizace \u010desk\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ji\u017e za\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2024 M\u0160MT spustilo dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi implementace <strong>Strategie vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiky \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky <\/strong>a\u017e do roku 2030+. Tento krok se uskute\u010dnil prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm realizace opat\u0159en\u00ed obsa\u017een\u00fdch v<strong> Dlouhodob\u00e9m z\u00e1m\u011bru vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed soustavy pro obdob\u00ed let 2023\u20132027<\/strong>. Z pokyn\u016f ministra Mikul\u00e1\u0161e Beka \/STAN\/ bylo vytvo\u0159eno dev\u011bt expertn\u00edch pracovn\u00edch skupin, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na starosti samotnou implementaci. D\u00e1le byl ustaven implementa\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdbor, jeho\u017e \u010dleny jsou n\u00e1m\u011bstek Ji\u0159\u00ed Nantl, vrchn\u00ed \u0159editel sekce Jan Mare\u0161 a st\u00e1tn\u00ed tajemn\u00edk Ond\u0159ej Andrys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z hlavn\u00edch priorit M\u0160MT pro rok 2024 je dokon\u010den\u00ed revize r\u00e1mcov\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f jak pro p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed, tak pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. K tomu pat\u0159\u00ed i prezentace p\u0159edstaven\u00fdch zm\u011bn ve\u0159ejnosti. M\u0160MT si uv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee modernizace obsahu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed na jeho akceptaci ve spole\u010dnosti jako celku. Proto se soust\u0159ed\u00ed i na aktivity pro rozvoj a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Ministerstvo klade d\u016fraz na kvalitn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu budouc\u00edch pedagog\u016f, co\u017e zahrnuje reformu pregradu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy, a tak\u00e9 podporu nov\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f a \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ni za l\u00eddry ve sv\u00e9m oboru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eZ\u00e1kladn\u00edm dokumentem pro \u0161kolstv\u00ed, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 velkou dlouhodobou podporu odborn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti a lid\u00ed v\u00a0ter\u00e9nu \u2013 a za to v\u0161em pat\u0159\u00ed d\u00edk, je Strategie 2030+. Jej\u00ed vize a c\u00edle se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na hodnotov\u00fdch zm\u011bn a kulturn\u011b-soci\u00e1ln\u00edch preferenc\u00ed, a proto vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed intervence. Proto je ale tak\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 sly\u0161et z\u00a0ter\u00e9nu, co je nejv\u00edce pot\u0159eba. Pro M\u0160MT je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba, aby priority energie a sil um\u011blo alokovat co nejl\u00e9pe,\u201c\u00a0<\/strong>nechal se sly\u0161et n\u00e1m\u011bstek Nantl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bny st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho studia <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm prvkem Strategie je transformace st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho studia. M\u0160MT sm\u011b\u0159uje k p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu nov\u00e9 oborov\u00e9 soustavy pro st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00e9 studium do konce tohoto roku. Dne 28. kv\u011btna 2024 se tak\u00e9 uskute\u010dn\u00ed odborn\u00e1 diskuse ohledn\u011b testov\u00e1n\u00ed uchaze\u010d\u016f o st\u0159edn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na zhodnocen\u00ed digitalizace a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u00fapravy funkcionality syst\u00e9mu p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou oblast\u00ed je sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nerovnost\u00ed a poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed podpory pro v\u0161echny \u017e\u00e1ky bez ohledu na jejich z\u00e1zem\u00ed. Vedle dvou specifick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch skupin, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na model financov\u00e1n\u00ed a podporu nejzraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u0161kol a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, je c\u00edlem skupiny na podporu a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u0161kol spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed modelu institucionalizace podp\u016frn\u00fdch pedagogick\u00fdch pozic. Tento model, financovan\u00fd z Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Jan Amos Komensk\u00fd, m\u00e1 b\u00fdt zah\u00e1jen letos. Mezi c\u00edle pat\u0159\u00ed i podpora d\u011bt\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed mluv\u00ed jin\u00fdm mate\u0159sk\u00fdm jazykem, a tak\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de o du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a podpora zdrav\u00e9ho pohybu d\u011bt\u00ed. Ministerstvo p\u0159edstavilo v b\u0159eznu pl\u00e1n podpory pohybov\u00fdch aktivit d\u011bt\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem setk\u00e1n\u00ed s odborn\u00fdmi asociacemi a partnery v oblasti \u0161kolstv\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se objevilo mnoho dotaz\u016f a p\u0159ipom\u00ednek t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se specifick\u00fdmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami nebo \u017e\u00e1k\u016f s nedostate\u010dnou znalost\u00ed vyu\u010dovac\u00edho jazyka. Tyto ot\u00e1zky se t\u00fdkaly mo\u017en\u00fdch \u00faprav kurikula, specifik p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a mo\u017enosti p\u0159echodu d\u011bt\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. \u0160koly samy po\u017eadovaly jednotn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k podpo\u0159e t\u011bchto \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Tato debata rovn\u011b\u017e zahrnovala p\u0159\u00edpravu pedagog\u016f pro p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a jejich profesn\u00ed rozvoj.
