Tento nov\u00fd pl\u00e1n, zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako &#8222;Metropolitn\u00ed Aktivn\u00ed Pl\u00e1n III&#8220; pro Prahu (MAP III Praha) byl vypracov\u00e1n za \u00fa\u010delem redukce rozd\u00edl\u016f mezi \u017e\u00e1ky, pos\u00edlen\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9 komunity a zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvoulet\u00e9ho procesu tvorby se zapojilo v\u00edce ne\u017e sto odborn\u00edk\u016f ze st\u00e1tn\u00edch i nevl\u00e1dn\u00edch organizac\u00ed. Dokument p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed n\u011bkolik osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou \u0161koly vyu\u017e\u00edt jako inspiraci. Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto se tak p\u0159idalo k dal\u0161\u00edm region\u016fm v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e implementuj\u00ed podobn\u00e9 inovativn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do tvorby se zapojili i studenti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eV m\u00e9di\u00edch se \u010dasto objevuje ot\u00e1zka kapacit \u0161kol. Vzhledem k demografii Prahy a St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje je nutn\u00e9 kapacity navy\u0161ovat. Na co se ale n\u011bkdy zapom\u00edn\u00e1, je kvalita \u0161kol. Je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, abychom u\u010dili to, co \u017e\u00e1ci budou v \u017eivot\u011b pot\u0159ebovat a v\u00fduka odpov\u00eddala modern\u00edm trend\u016fm. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee se poda\u0159ilo p\u0159ipravit KAP III,\u201d<\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 radn\u00ed hl. m. Prahy pro oblast \u0161kolstv\u00ed a sportu <strong>Anton\u00edn Klecanda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metropolitn\u00ed Aktivn\u00ed Pl\u00e1n III pro Prahu vznikl v r\u00e1mci evropsk\u00e9ho projektu OP VVV pod veden\u00edm Prahy ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Pra\u017esk\u00fdm inova\u010dn\u00edm institutem (Pii). Do tvorby dokumentu se zapojili z\u00e1stupci veden\u00ed \u0161kol, pedagogov\u00e9 a studenti. Tento projekt se zam\u011b\u0159uje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na rozvoj st\u0159edn\u00edch a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch odborn\u00fdch \u0161kol a konzervato\u0159\u00ed v metropolitn\u00ed oblasti s ohledem na celkov\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m a socioekonomickou situaci v metropoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eVelmi si cen\u00edm ekosyst\u00e9mu pracovn\u00edch skupin a t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 kolem dokumentu vznikla. Jsem si jist, \u017ee se p\u0159enese i do jeho realizace. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd dokument zachycuje re\u00e1ln\u00e9 pot\u0159eby Prahy v\u00a0oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve sv\u011btle nov\u00fdch trend\u016f a v\u00fdzev a my tak v\u00edme, co d\u011blat, aby na\u0161e d\u011bti byly spokojen\u00e9, odoln\u00e9 a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9,\u201c<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>dopl\u0148uje \u0159editel Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho inova\u010dn\u00edho institutu<strong> Tom\u00e1\u0161 Lap\u00e1\u010dek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed gramotnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategie MAP III se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na osm hlavn\u00edch t\u00e9mat, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l p\u0159in\u00e9st inovace do pra\u017esk\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. Tato t\u00e9mata zahrnuj\u00ed rozvoj podnikavosti a kreativity, polytechnick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, spolupr\u00e1ci \u0161kol s zam\u011bstnavateli, kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed, podporu \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 a matematick\u00e9 gramotnosti, rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u017e\u00e1ka, \u00fa\u010dast ve voln\u00e9m \u010dase a podporu pedagogick\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed a kompetenc\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eV prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b jsem opravdu r\u00e1d, \u017ee se n\u00e1m spole\u010dn\u00fdmi silami povedlo pl\u00e1n dokon\u010dit. Dokument vych\u00e1z\u00ed z re\u00e1ln\u00e9 situace \u0161kol, a p\u0159itom m\u00e1 ambice vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v Praze d\u00e1le rozv\u00edjet a zvy\u0161ovat jeho kvalitu,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 mana\u017eer projektu KAP III Praha<strong> Petr Ne\u010dina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podpora u\u010ditel\u016f i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nerovnost\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAP III tak\u00e9 poskytuje podporu u\u010ditel\u016fm, \u0159editel\u016fm a dal\u0161\u00edm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zd\u016fraz\u0148uje d\u016fle\u017eitost digit\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, sna\u017e\u00ed se sni\u017eovat nerovnosti v p\u0159\u00edstupu ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a zd\u016fraz\u0148uje pot\u0159ebu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi \u0161kolami. Pl\u00e1n stanovuje c\u00edle a \u010dinnosti na z\u00e1klad\u011b anal\u00fdzy sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu pra\u017esk\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a odli\u0161uje se tak od p\u0159edchoz\u00edch dokument\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00e1n se zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 na strategick\u00fdch dokumentech jak na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni (Strategie 2030+ a Dlouhodob\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed soustavy \u010cR na obdob\u00ed 2019-2023), tak na m\u00edstn\u00ed \u00farovni (Dlouhodob\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy 2020-2024) a dal\u0161\u00edch odborn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech.
