Od p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku bude st\u00e1t na platy pedagog\u016f&nbsp;d\u00e1vat v pr\u016fm\u011bru nejm\u00e9n\u011b&nbsp;130 procent pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hrub\u00e9 nomin\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy na jednoho pedagoga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen\u00e1t schv\u00e1lil n\u00e1vrh ministra&nbsp;\u0161kolstv\u00ed Mikul\u00e1\u0161e Beka (STAN) po v\u00edce ne\u017e&nbsp;t\u0159\u00edhodinov\u00e9 debat\u011b, kdy\u017e&nbsp;po\u017e\u00e1dal ministerstvo, aby zajistilo,&nbsp;\u017ee v\u00fd\u0161e u\u010ditelsk\u00fdch plat\u016f&nbsp;bude vych\u00e1zet z p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hrub\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novela tak\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje odborn\u011b&nbsp;vzd\u011blan\u00fdm vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016fm u\u010dit na druh\u00e9m stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00edch&nbsp;\u0161kol a na st\u0159edn\u00edch&nbsp;\u0161kol\u00e1ch, a to po omezenou dobu t\u0159\u00ed let. Ti si budou muset pedagogick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed doplnit, pokud by cht\u011bli d\u00e1l u\u010dit. Z\u00e1kon d\u00e1le zav\u00e1d\u00ed pozici prov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho u\u010ditele a syst\u00e9m uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed by podporovali za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed kolegy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvalita vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee je pro&nbsp;\u010ceskou republiku kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1.
