Tento fenom\u00e9n bl\u00ed\u017ee vysv\u011btlila v&nbsp;rozhovoru pro Prahu \u0161kolskou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V&nbsp;\u010dem jsou p\u0159est\u00e1vky pro mozek d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee mozek, a\u0165 u\u017e d\u011btsk\u00fd, nebo dosp\u011bl\u00fd, je p\u0159ipraven k&nbsp;akci nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b. Takhle ale nefunguje. Mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky se unavuj\u00ed a jednou za \u010das pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed odpo\u010dinek. Mohou vyu\u017e\u00edvat stejn\u00fd zp\u016fsob p\u0159est\u00e1vek, nebo je nutn\u00e9 je upravovat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159est\u00e1vky, kter\u00e9 jsou prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pro d\u011bti, jsou prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 i pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9. Nezp\u016fsob\u00ed v\u0161ak toto rozkouskov\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010diva, \u017ee si \u017e\u00e1k nebude schopen spojit informace do \u0161ir\u0161\u00edho kontextu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bmi mal\u00fdmi d\u00e1vkami u\u010diva jsem myslela blok nap\u0159\u00edklad po dvaceti minut\u00e1ch, tak\u017ee zas tak moc rozkouskovan\u00e9 ty informace nebudou. Za tu dobu se dok\u00e1\u017ee probrat spousta l\u00e1tky. V\u00fdzkum n\u00e1m ukazuje, \u017ee pokud nem\u00e1me tento odpo\u010dinek mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi informacemi, je potom naopak obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je propojit. Kdy\u017e d\u00e1te mozku p\u011bt minut pauzu, aby zapsal informace na synopse, je potom t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159ipraven nasko\u010dit zp\u00e1tky, a nav\u00edc si to budete pamatovat d\u00e9le. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b je pravda, \u017ee pokud tyto v\u00fdukov\u00e9 bloky nenavazuj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 okam\u017eit\u011b na sebe, je potom t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed je propojit. V&nbsp;Norsku je na za\u010d\u00e1tku dne vyu\u010dovac\u00ed hodina devades\u00e1t minut. To je hrozn\u011b moc. Ale tyto pauzy se daj\u00ed d\u011blat opravdu mnoha zp\u016fsoby. Co t\u0159eba u n\u00e1s d\u011bl\u00e1me, je \u017ee je ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b n\u011bkolik stanic, mezi kter\u00fdmi se studenti st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed. Pokud jim umo\u017en\u00edte pohyb v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci t\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, i to funguje pro mozek jako pauza. Je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed pak je, kdy\u017e mezi stanicemi nakresl\u00edte na zemi \u010d\u00e1ru, po kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159esunu balancovat. Existuje opravdu mnoho zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak p\u0159est\u00e1vky za\u010dlenit do v\u00fduky. Je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je m\u00edt, proto\u017ee jak jsem ji\u017e \u0159\u00edkala, d\u011bti nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed udr\u017eet pozornost tak dlouho, jak bychom po nich cht\u011bli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co kdy\u017e tento syst\u00e9m rozkouskovan\u00e9 v\u00fduky nebude n\u011bkomu vyhovovat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b to, co jsem zde nast\u00ednila, tedy pravideln\u00e9 p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky na p\u011btiminutovou pauzu pro mozek, je jen jedna z&nbsp;mo\u017enost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 pauzy zakomponovat p\u0159\u00edmo do v\u00fduky, aby nedo\u0161lo k&nbsp;p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed niti. Je t\u0159eba d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby d\u00edt\u011b m\u011blo alespo\u0148 hodinu fyzick\u00e9 aktivity denn\u011b. Na tom se d\u00e1 stav\u011bt spousta metod v\u00fduky, kter\u00e1 podpo\u0159\u00ed \u010dinnost mozku. Nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e je hodina venku, u\u017e jen to umo\u017en\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm nejen pohyb, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsun kysl\u00edku. D\u00e1le je tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 zakomponovat pohyb p\u0159\u00edmo do v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V&nbsp;Norsku je tento syst\u00e9m p\u0159est\u00e1vek pro mozek b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fduky?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edce popul\u00e1rn\u00ed. St\u00e1le je to velmi nov\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, tak\u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edme pomoci u\u010ditel\u016fm v&nbsp;Norsku ho pochopit. V&nbsp;USA je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n v\u00edc, ale i my u\u017e m\u00e1me n\u011bkolik \u0161kol, kde pozorujeme, jak\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 aplikace tohoto principu na v\u00fduku. Ty v\u00fdsledky jsou velmi pozitivn\u00ed \u2013 probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;chov\u00e1n\u00edm rapidn\u011b poklesly, d\u011bti se v\u00edce soust\u0159ed\u00ed, a i u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou odpo\u010dat\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak \u010dast\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tato pauza pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U nich se m\u016f\u017ee ta doba nat\u00e1hnout trochu v\u00edc. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdzkum n\u00e1m i tak ukazuje, \u017ee u vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f, tedy mlad\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, je nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob u\u010den\u00ed velmi podobn\u00fd. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je nastavit si na telefonu bud\u00edk na 20 minut a poka\u017ed\u00e9 kdy\u017e zazvon\u00ed si d\u00e1t rychlou pauzu pro mozek. Nesm\u00ed to v\u0161ak b\u00fdt jen proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed telefonu a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed, proto\u017ee to p\u016fsob\u00ed naopak kontraproduktivn\u011b. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed jsou na to r\u016fzn\u00e1 dechov\u00e1 nebo pohybov\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak m\u016f\u017ee \u0161kola pomoci v obecn\u00e9m&nbsp;psychick\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dem k&nbsp;dobr\u00e9mu du\u0161evn\u00edmu zdrav\u00ed je pocit, \u017ee n\u011bkam pat\u0159\u00edte. Mohla by tak\u00e9 fungovat jako del\u0161\u00ed pauza pro mozek?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je velmi dobr\u00e1 my\u0161lenka. D\u011bti ur\u010dit\u011b pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, aby si jejich mozek odpo\u010dinul i na del\u0161\u00ed dobu ne\u017e jen zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u011bt minut. Probl\u00e9m v\u0161ak je, \u017ee pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 d\u011bti by bylo velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 se to nau\u010dit. Abychom byli schopn\u00ed meditovat, mus\u00edme m\u00edt u\u017e v\u00edce vyvinut\u00fd kortex. To ne v\u0161echny d\u011bti maj\u00ed.
