Prvn\u00ed stupe\u0148 Z\u0160 by z\u016fstal pod spr\u00e1vou obc\u00ed a z\u00a0druh\u00e9ho stupn\u011b by se stala ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola, kterou by z\u0159izoval kraj.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm, \u017ee by se z\u0159izovateli staly kraje, by do\u0161lo k\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u00edmu zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed syst\u00e9mu, nebo\u0165 je o dost pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee se domluv\u00ed \u010dtrn\u00e1ct ne\u017e tis\u00edce z\u00e1stupc\u016f z\u0159izovatel\u016f. Studenti si t\u00edm slibuj\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed student\u016f na ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch (v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b 2. stupe\u0148 Z\u0160).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch by bylo jednotn\u00e9 v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0nuancemi voliteln\u00fdch humanitn\u00edch i technick\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syst\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed by pak vypadal takto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Povinn\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 rok p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 let z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 roky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nepovinn\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 roky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postaven\u00ed \u0161kol ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm syst\u00e9mu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studentsk\u00e9 teze zohled\u0148uj\u00ed studie OECD z roku 2020. Podle pl\u00e1nu maj\u00ed \u0161koly z\u016fstat institucemi a maj\u00ed m\u00edt podporu od st\u00e1tu. V\u00fduka m\u00e1 b\u00fdt koncipov\u00e1na tak, aby form\u00e1ln\u00ed, neform\u00e1ln\u00ed a inform\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed byla propojen\u00e1 a co nejv\u00edce se prol\u00ednala. \u0158editel\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol by dostali z\u00e1konn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo vyu\u017e\u00edvat kombinovan\u00e9 v\u00fduky (nap\u0159. 4 dny prezen\u010dn\u00ed, 1 den samostudia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zm\u011bnila by se i role u\u010ditele. Studenti cht\u011bj\u00ed skoncovat s\u00a0front\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdukou a cht\u011bli by, aby se z\u00a0u\u010ditel\u016f stali konzultanti\/mento\u0159i a pr\u016fvodci vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm. Spolu s\u00a0t\u00edm by byli r\u00e1di, aby v\u00a0\u010d\u00e1sti jak ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch, tak vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol vznikla centra pro tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed \u010dinnost, tedy Coworkingov\u00e1 centra \u010di centra jim podobn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podoba form\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fduky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studenti by r\u00e1di koncipovali v\u00fduku v souladu s nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi trendy. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed a vhodn\u00e9ho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed AI, VR, AR apod. D\u00edky tomu by se vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mohlo v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159it na dovednosti ne\u017e na memorov\u00e1n\u00ed znalost\u00ed. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 bude v\u00fduka kritick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed, logick\u00e9ho a informatick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed, pr\u00e1ce s informacemi atd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u00e9 by r\u00e1di podporovali vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivaci v \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch\/studentech. Tomu by mohlo pomoci zaveden\u00ed procentu\u00e1ln\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed m\u00edsto zn\u00e1mek. Zde nar\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee dvojku na vysv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed mohou dostat jak jedni\u010dk\u00e1\u0159i, co m\u011bli sm\u016flu, tak trojka\u0159i, co m\u011bli \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed by tomu zamezilo.\u00a0Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by bylo dobr\u00e9, aby studenti dost\u00e1vali pravideln\u011b zp\u011btnou vazbu v\u00a0podob\u011b slovn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nejsme \u017e\u00e1ci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1ci se velmi neradi nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed oslovovat pojmem \u017e\u00e1ci, nebo\u0165 to je pojem pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed ke studiu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed asistenci vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edho, co\u017e na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole nemus\u00ed platit.
