{"id":10448,"date":"2023-05-01T09:58:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T07:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prahaskolska.200.solutions\/?p=10448"},"modified":"2023-04-30T22:58:26","modified_gmt":"2023-04-30T20:58:26","slug":"unikatni-pruzkum-rika-jak-jsou-zacinajici-ucitele-pripraveni-na-svou-praci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prahaskolska.200.solutions\/?p=10448","title":{"rendered":"Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fzkum \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jak jsou za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 p\u0159ipraveni na svou pr\u00e1ci"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Zhruba 500 \u010derstv\u00fdch absolvent\u016f \u010di student\u016f posledn\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f u\u010ditelsk\u00fdch program\u016f, a p\u0159es 1 600 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo unik\u00e1tn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na postoje a kompetence mlad\u00fdch pedagog\u016f. \u0160et\u0159en\u00ed realizovalo Ministerstvo \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee a t\u011blov\u00fdchovy v r\u00e1mci reformy pregradu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy u\u010ditel\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm \u0161et\u0159en\u00edm sv\u00e9ho druhu v zemi za posledn\u00edch 30 let a v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b ji\u017e prob\u00edh\u00e1 jeho druh\u00fd ro\u010dn\u00edk. &#8222;<em>Ministerstvo tak ve spolupr\u00e1ci s fakultami ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b vyhodnocuje, nakolik se da\u0159\u00ed fakult\u00e1m p\u0159ipravovat sv\u00e9 studenty u\u010ditelstv\u00ed tak, aby se co nejv\u00edce p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eili napln\u011bn\u00ed kompeten\u010dn\u00edho r\u00e1mce absolventa u\u010ditelstv\u00ed, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 ve spolupr\u00e1ci ministerstva a z\u00e1stupc\u016f fakult vzd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditele,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0Jakub Drbohlav\u00a0z\u00a0ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze z\u00edskan\u00fdch dat vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee a\u017e 70 % <strong>za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f<\/strong> se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee um\u00ed do v\u00fduky efektivn\u011b zapojovat digit\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje. Stejn\u00fd po\u010det mlad\u00fdch pedagog\u016f se tak\u00e9 domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee se jim p\u0159i v\u00fduce da\u0159\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159et prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se \u017e\u00e1ci neboj\u00ed chybovat. M\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e polovina u\u010ditel\u016f si v\u0161ak v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee s chybami dok\u00e1\u017ee pracovat tak, aby \u017e\u00e1ci d\u00edky tomu l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bli u\u010divu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 negativn\u011b hodnot\u00ed svoji schopnost efektivn\u011b pracovat s kolegy, pouze necel\u00e1 t\u0159etina dle sv\u00fdch slov dok\u00e1\u017ee realizovat mezip\u0159edm\u011btovou v\u00fduku. Pouze 45 % mlad\u00fdch pedagog\u016f m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee um\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi kolegy spolupracovat na pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fduky a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b podklad\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Absolventi oboru u\u010ditelstv\u00ed<\/strong> se d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu studiu c\u00edt\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u00edce p\u0159ipraveni pl\u00e1novat a reflektovat jednotliv\u00e9 vyu\u010dovac\u00ed hodiny, stejn\u011b jako p\u0159ipravovat vl\u00eddn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro \u017e\u00e1ky. A\u017e 55 % absolvent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee jsou d\u00edky studiu p\u0159ipraveni v\u00e9st \u017e\u00e1ky k tomu, aby se neb\u00e1li ve v\u00fduce chybovat. 53 % absolvent\u016f je tak\u00e9 d\u00edky studiu p\u0159ipraveno po skon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fduky zhodnotit, zda vyu\u010dovac\u00ed hodina prob\u011bhla podle pl\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budouc\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 se v\u0161ak c\u00edt\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159ipraveni zvl\u00e1dat probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Jen 23 % respondent\u016f \u0159eklo, \u017ee jsou d\u00edky studiu p\u0159ipraveni zas\u00e1hnout v situaci, kdy ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b dojde k poru\u0161en\u00ed domluven\u00fdch pravidel.
